What comes later are a series of analyses on the earning management mole and the testing model with the software SPSS utilized, namely, the descriptive statistical analysis, correlation and co-linear analysis, as well as the regression analysis. Such elaborations are conducted for the purpose of exploring the inherent relationship between the relevant variables of fair value and the earning management and further confirming the hypothesis made in this thesis. Ultimately is the related suggestion concerning the policy-making based on the following discussion.A conclusion is drawn from the research that each listed pharmaceutical company have made commitment in earning management, which has a positive relation with the investment return, a negative relation with the asset impairment and an insignificant impact on the fair value variation.
