The Research Of Risk Prevention And Control Of Farmers’ Small Loan In A Bank

The promotion of rural micro credit has been through 30 years, the domestic for the small loan business has experienced 10 years of rapid development. In the environment of so much attention to three rural development, the growth of domestic for the small loan business usher in a new opportunity. It has been forming the situation of full participation and healthy development at present. The main direction of expanding domestic demand will gradually shift to the vast rural areas. But the risk situation worth worrying. Firstly, this article starts with the background and significance of the topic, and briefly introduces the basic research. methods,basic framework and main contents. In the second chapter, mainly from the aspects of the characteristics and development trend of the basic definition, small loans, foreign micro credit development status, risk and control mechanism and the mechanism to construct the theoretical framework of this thesis. The third chapter is focuses on A Bank’s farmers microfinance development of present situation, risk control and lack of status; the fourth chapter is in on the basis of the previous three chapters, puts forward improving measures related to the A Bank farmers microfinance risk control mechanism;fifth chapter conclusion and prospect. The analysis of this article can be drawn that small loan business exist many problems in the control of risk. It will restrict Farmers’ small loans in a wider range of promotion. In some degree it will influence the development of the rural economy in China. The conclusion of this paper provides A Bank an integrated analysis of the risk control of Farmers’ small loans. It’s better to the farmers’ small loans play the role as the improvement of rural financial environment and play the powerful weapon to help farmers to get out of poverty.
