Study On The Construction And Application Of The Cloud Platform Of Social Security Fund Auditing

With the increasing investment in the social security, social security fund has developed rapidly,both the type and the quantity has greatly improved. However, so many social security operations have been generating so much auditing data that it is difficult for the traditional method to meet the auditing requirements. At the same time there are some noteworthy problems in the everyday job, such as for some levels of the auditing department the cost of auditing information system construction is high, the development of auditing software is difficult and faced with many restrictions, the informatization construction level in different auditing department differs greatly, and the sharing degree of social security auditing information is low. Combining the cloud computing and the audit of social security fund will provide a way to solve the above problems.Cloud auditing of social security fund is refer to the cloud computing framework and techniques applied to the auditing work of social security fund, making a variety of audit resources together through the cloud.By the way of collecting a large number of social security fund auditing data in a unified platform, it will help auditors to improve efficiency and reduce the auditing risk. With the development of the cloud auditing of social security fund, it will help realize the coordinated development of the auditing departments at all levels in a certain extent and reduce the auditing software development cost. At the same time, the audit department can share the audit results, which will help the development of China’s social security fund auditing. In the practical application, the primary task is to study how to put the above concepts and theory into practice, and build a platform based on the data mining.In this paper, the author constructs a platform of three layer structure, based on the system theory, synergetics and other theories. Firstly the paper studies the cloud computing, data mining, social security fund, social security fund auditing, system theory and the development of the social security fund auditing. At the same time, by combining with actual work and the problems encountered in the auditing work of social security fund, the author puts forward the necessity and feasibility. Subsequently, the paper focuses on the construction of the cloud auditing of social security fund platform. In the first, it analyzes the objectives and principles of the platform and the steps of the construction. Then by referring to the three layer architecture of cloud computing, it gives a specific instructions of the framework, puts out a detailed analysis of the platform operation process on the basis of the analysis of the platform participants. Based on the analysis of the problems that may be encountered in the platform, the paper puts forward the corresponding measures. Finally, the paper puts forward the outlook for the foundation of the development of platform.
