The current pension system of consists of three aspects:public endowment insurance, personal saving and endowment annuity. From the current development status, the Chinese government will continue to reduce the replacement rate of basic pension insurance. The original public pension replacement rate is 80%, now it is in the transition period toward 60% of replacement rate. Its purpose is to ease the pressure of government expenditure. Therefore, the positive development of the annuity system of the enterprise, gives full play to the support role of old-age security, which has become an inevitable trend. At present,the operation mode of pension investment of enterprises in China is still not perfect. This paper is based on the basic theory of enterprise annuity, combined with reality, through analysis of the relevant issues in the enterprise investment management, for instance, the investment rate doesn’t match the investment risk, investment management system is not imperfect, investment vehicles are relatively scarce, allocative efficiency of the fund is low and so on. Considering the pension investment principle, frameworks, tools of the enterprise currently, and through a series of analysis, it summarizes the decreasing trend of enterprise annuity year after year on the bank and bond aspects, and even the breakeven can not be guaranteed under high inflation rate. Then through measuring the annual return of equity-like, debt-like and partial-funded company, and making comparative analysis of the venture revenue of the enterprise annuity of China during operation, and according to the analysis of conclusion, it gives corresponding suggestions on the enterprise pension investment risks of our country.
