Finance as the core of modern economy, the asset quality is the lifeline of the bank. In recent years, the problem of bad assets in state-owned commercial Banks has become hugeness, which restricts the development of the reform of state-owned commercial Banks and greatly threatened the macroeconomic stability and healthy development of our country. The China banking regulatory commission data:at the end of 2015, commercial Banks (legal) balance of non-performing loans of 1.2744 trillion yuan, non-performing loan ratio of 1.67%; At the end of 2014, commercial Banks (legal) balance of non-performing loans of 842.6 billion yuan, non-performing loan ratio of 1.25%.
