| With the deepening of China’s market economic reform, which is a national full allocation of financial institutions, but also production and business activities of state-owned Geological Prospecting Units must move toward the market, to compete. Geological work has a high investment, long cycle, high-risk characteristics of its inputs and outputs are often out of proportion, but the geological work to provide resources guarantee reserves is an important basis for the development of market economy work, covering all aspects of the economy and society. In this context, the State Geologic Investigation Units in order to survive, we must enhance the competitiveness and establish a scientific and systematic way of cost management in Geological Prospecting projects, ensuring quality of the project, based on the focus on engineering efficiency and input-output ratio.This article describes the author in the project cost management practice, due to prolonged exposure to the work of the phenomenon of thinking, analyze problems and trying to find a solution, the use of management theory and practical working method of combining analysis work now unit cost management in Geological Prospecting project budget control, accounting and analysis and the health system building on and problems, through in-depth discussion, put forward reasonable proposals for the problems to improve cost management budget, a comprehensive cost management, the whole process cost management thinking, strengthen control of each stage of the project cost; the cost of establishing a complete management framework including institutional functions, performance assessment and incentive costs, cost management and other aspects of information technology. Wish to contribute to improve the level of unit cost management, the establishment of a comprehensive cost management means cost savings for the implementation of similar projects, improve profitability and provide recommendations for reference. |
