Haizhu Industrial And Commercial Bureau Of Using Big Data Business Research

With the fast development of information technology, humans have entered the big data age, whose core is deeply digging data value. With big data technology to analyze the relationship between the data, people can make scientific decision and thus the previous decision-making way of relying on experience and intuition is changed. In the meanwhile, people can predict the occurrence possibility of something by analyzing the abundant data. Now information of over 55 million enterprises and individually-proprietorship business are incorporated in the economic entity household data bank of State Administration for Industry and Commerce. With the substantial authoritative economic information, the data bank has provided a solid foundation for the application of big data. With the help of big data technology, AIC department will be able to manage in a more scientific and efficient way and better maintain steady and sound economic environment. Though AIC has make achievement in information technology application and data construction, the comprehensive analysis and application of data is still on a primary stage. In this paper, the author will study with a background that Guangzhou Administration of Industry and Commerce, Haizhu Branch being the pilot unit of supervision with big data among the nationwide AIC departments, to explore how to enhance administrative management efficiency with big data, and point out the existed problem and analyze corresponding reasons, put forward proposal and countermeasures, with an aim to explore a way for further development of supervision with big data.In the exordium of this paper, the author states the background and significance of topic selection, explores the breakthrough by summarizing the domestic and national study and practice, and elaborates the study way, innovative points and difficult points.The body part of the paper is divided into four parts:theory and experience of AIC supervision; introduction of Haizhu AIC’s traditional supervision of enterprises and circumstance since big data pilot program was launched; the inevitability of applying big data in AIC supervision; ideas and suggestion of further improving supervision with big data.Theory of AIC supervision and big data and relevant experience. Only with the study on theory of AIC supervision and big data and relevant experience, can the countermeasures be put forward with more pertinency. In this part, the first section is the introduction of theory about AIC supervision; the second section is explanation of relevant concepts of big data; and the third section is the introduction of AIC supervision experience in big data age at home and abroad.2. Haizhu AIC’s traditional supervision of enterprises and circumstances of big data pilot program. In this part, the author introduces the traditional supervision of enterprises by Haizhu AIC, and then introduces the circumstances since big data pilot program was launched.Analysis of inevitability of applying big data in AIC supervision. In this part, the author firstly states the characteristics of Haizhu AIC’s supervision of enterprises with big data, then analyzes the necessity of Haizhu AIC’s application of big data in supervision of enterprises, and lastly analyzes the feasibility of supervision with big data, to build a sound practice foundation for government’s social management with big data in future.4. Countermeasures and suggestion of further improving supervision with big data. In this part, the author analyzes the problems arise during the process of applying big data in supervision of enterprises and corresponding reasons in the first place. Then the author puts forward big data strategy to eliminate information isolation of the government, construct government’s big data platform, and achieve the information and source share between government departments via integrated planning and construction. Lastly, the suggestion is put forward to improve security of information and source.
