Research On Contract Management Situation And Countermeasures For Large-scale Construction Project In Shaanxi Province

The large-scale construction projects are complex of multiple contract subjects as the main component of fixed assets investment, and the multiple contract subject means more disputes and disputes.Through preliminary research,We found that there are a lot of problems and confusions in the actual work of the signing and implementation of large-scale project construction contract in Shaanxi province.So,we must systematically,deeply and fully carry out the research and analysis of the "Shaanxi province large-scale project construction contract management" and the countermeasures.Firstly, this paper based on social surveys theory, designing questionnaire architecture. Secondly, through a questionnaire survey and interviews, it statistics common problems in contract management of the large-scale construction project in Shaanxi Province, And The paper based on Grey Correlation analysis method to study the relevance of the problems in the contract management and the compliance rate.Obtaining the implement of " to replace the business tax with a value-added tax ",the contract schedule delays, "black and white" contract as critical issues,the key issues are analyzed one by one.Finally, According to the influence of "to replace the business tax with a value-added tax " to construction contract of Cross term contract and New contract, the measures are proposed; according to the duration of the contract delay,the paper respectively puts forward the delay in advance, in the matter, after the control measures. For the "black and white" contract effecting on the construction market order,It puts forward countermeasures from the perspective of the enterprise and the market.To master the real situation of contract management is a necessary way to studycontract management.So,Based on the above research, the paper combs out the practices that does not conform to the laws and regulations in contract management,and puts forward the system,objective improvement measures,to improve the level of the construction contract management level for the engineering construction management decision service.
