Research On Centralized Fund Management Of T Enterprise

With the development of economic globalization, enterprise group has become the most important organizational form in the current global economy, so that the management of enterprises can arouse extensive attention at home and abroad.For an enterprise, the wide spread of geographical distribution and the stretch of management chain lead the inefficient allocation of inner resources to be worse while promoting development. And on the one hand, the development relies on the advance of the whole industry, but on the another hand, how to promote the management and economic benefit of the enterprise also determine its future. As an important resource for activities in production, fund is the blood of an enterprise. And the core financial management, how to manage fund effectively, need more further study. To be regarded as an effective way, centralized fund management which is put in application more widely today, has been proved in practice by many large groups which were introduced into China since 1990 s.As the key enterprise in the power transmission industry of China, T enterprise has made not only a contribution to the social and economic development in Xinjiang province, but also play an important role in the establishment of the Silk Road Economic Belt. But the diversity of its operation and stretch of geographical distribution pose new challenges to the financial management. The theoretical principle of researches in this page is based on the Title theory and Internal Capital Market theory. By using it we can systematically introduce the current situation of T enterprise’s centralized fund management which will also be analyzed both in the positive result currently achieved and the problems existing. Brief analysis shows that even T enterprise has made many achievements, there are still shortcomings about low ability of operating fund, inefficient allocation or leaving unused of internal fund.By analyzing those problems and causes of it, we can give the corresponding resolvents and suggestions.The thesis has divided into six parts on the structure: The first Chapter is the preface which mainly reviews the proposition of research background,centralized fund management in the literature; The second Chapter introduces the knowledge of theory related to centralized fund management; the third Chapter shows the background and current situation of centralized fund management in T enterprise; the fourth Chapter analyzes and summarizes both the positive results and problems of centralized fund management in T enterprise; On the base of analysis result mentioned in Chapter 4, relevant suggestions are put forward in the fifth chapter to promote the efficiency of centralized fund management in T enterprise; the final Chapter 6 concludes this paper.The method of normative research is used in this thesis. And through combining the theory of centralized fund management with its actual situation and analyzing the current situation of its centralized fund management, T enterprise will make a progress in fund management, allocation of internal fund and its own strength.
