Jinan Tax Audit Management Problems And Countermeasures

Tax audit inspection work can maintain the authority of tax laws, keep the seriousness of tax laws and maintain an effective order of tax collection and management, thus it can be said, the tax inspection work plays an important role in the whole of the tax collection and management, it is one of the important part. Tax audit inspection work can improve the tax compliance of the whole society and ensure the realization of the state’s tax functions through combating the social behavior of tax evasion. The rapid development of the socialist market economy needs to achieve fairness and efficiency, needs to tax in accordance with the law and needs to be strict with management of tax and strength tax inspection.Jinan City actively responds to the trend of the development of the tax audit and carries out a series of reform measures to implement the Level 1 inspection. Practice has proved that the implementation of the Level 1 inspection promotes the rapid development of the cause of Jinan City. While we have known the reform achievements, we need to see that some areas still need to improve. This paper not only analyzes the status quo of the Level 1 inspection in Jinan, but also combines it with many other factors that affect the quality and efficiency. So I target for these emerging issues in-depth analysis and put forward some applicable opinions and practical solutions.This paper discusses the background of tax inspection work, combines it with the present situation of the tax audit studies, summarizes some of the concepts related to tax audit, describes the general situation of Jinan City Local Tax Inspection Bureau and practice in the inspection reform and sums up the experience of foreign tax audit management and typical domestic areas’ management, so these provide a useful reference for Jinan, we can combine the advanced experience of tax audit system with the status quo in Jinan. At last this article describes the direction of the tax audit inspection work in Jinan and put forward some reasonable, workable countermeasures and suggestions to promote the reform of the tax audit in Jinan City. This paper illustrates the need to constantly update the idea, promote the modernization of the inspection, build a rational organization, construct a professional inspection work system, strength the level of information to share information, establish a scientific assessment mechanism to train high-quality personnel and strength the coordination between the various departments.
