In the modern war, the importance of cooperative combat capability of system of systems(SoS) should not be underestimated. Muti-node wireless communication is the foundation of the capability of operation system of systems(So S), and the Ad hoc network technology plays a vitial role in the capability of operation system of systems(SoS). However, efficient radio resource management(RRM) is critical for providing reliable quality of service(Qos) in multi-node wireless communication in air.This thesis mainly studies some key technologies of RRM. And based on our homegrown hardware link platform and the actual project requirements, the thesis developed a kind of intelligent RRM software which includes functions of radio resource management, multi-node Ad-hoc management, wireless quality monitoring, and wireless information transmission. Finaly, the software successfully passed the military flight test. The main contents of this thesis is organized as follows:First, the requirements of the RRM software is defined. According to the requirement of multi-node radio resource management, the RRM software is divided into three parts, including radio resource management, wireless quality monitoring and wireless information transmission. And the requirements of each sub module are given.Second, the software architecture and the implementation of each module is designed. From the view of software engineering, the software architecture is designed, and the functions of the software are separated by the modularization idea.Then, the scheme design of subnet resource management, power resource management and spectrum resource management are introduced in detail, and the design of the upper user interface is also given.Third, all the key modules of the software are realized, including software startup initialization, logging, data forwarding, node information monitoring, power resource management, spectrum resource management, subnet resource management, and so on. The implementation method and program flow of each module are introduced in detail. Using multi-thread technology and dynamic link library technology, each function module is implemented separated.Fourth, a detailed testing of the software and analysis of the results is conducted. First established a single node test model, and make a detail test for the interface of each function module, to verify the correctness of each interface. Then, established a multi-node test model, simulate the actual application scene, make a detail test for multi-node wireless communication, to verify the integrity of the software. Finally, test the software interface performance and resource consumption, to verify the stability of the software for a long period of time.The results show that the RRM software can effectively manage and utilize the radio resources such as frequency spectrum, power, time slot and so on. In a certain extent, the RRM software can effectively avoid the influence of interfering signal of communication nodes, and effectively ensure a good of wireless communication service quality, has certain practical value, provides a reference for further exploration of efficient radio resource management.
