This topic develop a testing system which base on aircraft engine of Delphi, to solve the problems in performance detection of a certain type of aircraft engine, such as poor accuracy, low automation, separation of dynamic and static measurement etc. This topic adopt freescale single chip MC9S12XS128MAL as core controller, it realize digital display and integrated design of dynamic and static measurement. It’s not only improve efficiency and accuracy on detection, and smaller, lighter, also provide reliable protection for production and delivery of the engine and external maintenance.This paper firstly introduced state of engine testing device in the world, and application of computer in Material Science. Through combining related product performance and technical index at home and aboard, drawing on the excellent design experience and requirements of foreign products to set up a reasonable plan. Then make introduction to design of cold junction compensation, and explore the hardness, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance of the compensating block material. Afterwards mainly introduced software design, operation interface design, program compiling and debugging, communication design and experimental data analysis for host computer of engine testing system.Compensation module select 6061 aluminium alloy as compensating block material, which has moderate hardness, higher thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. Software design of host computer take Delphi asthe development platform, using CAN as main communication way, then achieve the main functions of acquisition calibration, data storage ontemperature, pressure, displacement and other parameters.Experimental results show that this module has smaller, lighter, reliable data transmission, simple operation, clear interface, stable operation and other advantages.At present, this testing device has applied in the field of Aerospace successfully, it effectively reduced resource consumption and service life loss of engine, and achieve significant military and economic benefits.
