In recent years, with the continuous improvement of reliability and stability requirements for the spacecraft system, the traditional ways to improve the reliability of equipment, such as posterior maintenance, have been unable to meet the requirements. This requires maintenance personnel to monitor the health status of the spacecraft and diagnose system fault. Spacecraft telemetry data contains important parameters of the system status information, and truly reflect the health status of the system. Aiming at the problems of artificial analysis of the large number of telemetry data generated during the operation of the satellite in orbit and the ground test, this thesis has studied the feature extraction method, the state comparison method and the parameter classification method based on remote sensing data, providing auxiliary methods and tools for analysis and testing personnel management.Based on the above background, this thesis makes an in-depth study on the overall requirements, system design and key technology of the state-compare-system. The following is the content of the study: 1. Based the thought of combining data and algorithm, studied the comparison method of normal and fault state of the satellite. These methods include feature extraction, parameter classification and state identification. Different eigenvalues could be extracted by the above method. In addition, the correlation between the parameters of telemetry data and the state of the system and the correlation between parameters were analyzed.2. Designed and implemented of the above algorithms, such as unsupervised clustering algorithm system, etc. Designed system function and realize the whole system. Provide interactive operation platform for transportation management personnel. 3.
