Guided Projectile steering engine as the executing agency and other flight control system, its performance directly affects the flying qualities of the flight control system. Based on the mathematical model of brushless DC motor servo on the study of the small electric servo PI control and backstepping adaptive sliding mode control, design of the electric servo drive hardware and simulation circuit, main contents are as follows:(1) It established various parts of the math model of brushless DC electric steering engine, including a three-phase brushless DC motor winding voltage model, the motor torque model, motor motion equation model, the electromagnetic torque model, Gear Reducer math model and PWM inverter math model.(2) Design a brushless DC motor servo three closed-loop PI control, it was designed from the inside to the outside of the current loop, velocity loop, PI control and simulation of the position loop. Built based on the PI control algorithm of the rudder circuit emulator simulink simulation model and simulation analysis. Simulation results verify the correctness and reasonableness of the servo model.(3) Using the backstepping adaptive variable structure sliding mode control algorithm for motor control. Using backstepping method, the servo system is decomposed into low dimensional systems were designed to function and Lee intermediate amount of virtual subsystems, according to the system requirements, design the adaptive law is F=-γσ, to finalize the design of system control law. Simulation results show that the backstepping adaptive variable structure sliding mode control algorithm with a small overshoot, fast response to external disturbances is robust.(4) The design of the system hardware, using C8051F410 microcontroller design control panel circuit, using IR2110 chip powered by six power MOSFET built a bridge circuit, circuit board design-driven. On the basis of the hardware using C language development and design of software systems.Finally, part of the circuit driving Protues software simulation.
