With economic development, airport construction and maintenance have become more and more important, but considering the intensity of flights, most of the airport construction and maintenance require construction of non-stop flight to, and maintenance technology of fog seal as a preventive maintenance technology using in the airport maintenance, play it a short construction time of the unique advantages. But in the past the fog seal construction, also found that the many problems, such as poor durability, confusion in the choice of materials, no evaluation system of material properties. The aiming at these problems, maintenance mechanism of fog sealing materials, airport fog seal material performance requirements and evaluation system were investigation and study, and puts forward a new durable type of fog seal materials research and development, to meet the requirements of airport construction of non-stop flight to.At first, this paper investigated the fog seal material commonly used the curing mechanism and influence factors, analyzes the test represent every airport fog seal material performance, combined with the FAA fog seal use technical guide, put forward the airport fog test content and test methods of seal materials. Water mist is studied through these experimental contrast, oil fog seal material and seal material of organic silicon fog seal material performance differences, for different conditions and requirements of the airport fog seal material, propose evaluation index system and the key control Indexes.Aiming at the existing problem of poor durable of fog seal materials, developed a durable type of waterborne epoxy resin fog layer material, comparison and analysis the different dosage of epoxy resin and curing agent dry properties and wear resistance test results, optimized the dosage ratio. And the water seepage coefficient under different amount of distributing and anti-sliding ability is evaluated, distributing amount was optimized. Combined with this paper indoor evaluation system to evaluate materials, find that new water-based epoxy resin fog layer material is a kind of fast drying, durable, safe, and material wear-resisting performance in the early years of the dry material.Finally, in laboratory based, in Xining airport were physical engineering application, Summarizes the construction site of fog seal evaluation procedures and construction process, effectively guide the new water-based epoxy resin fog layer materials and airport fog seal material evaluation system of field application.
