The Slab Track Construction Technology Of Zhengzhou-Xi’an Passenger Railway CRTSⅡ Double Block

Railway is the national important infrastructure, the artery of national economy and popular means of transportation. High-speed railway using ballastless track technology is an important mark of railway modernization. Zheng-Xi passenger Railway is a 350 km one hour high-speed railway which build in our country, it uses the balastless technology. However, high speed of train puts forward higher requirements for the construction standards of ballastless track. So the level of ballastless track construction standards influnces the Passenger dedicated line’s ride comfort, stability and durability directly. And it’s also a necessary part for the goal of 350 km one hour.This paper is according to the Zheng-Xi passenger Railway, basing on the foreign ballastless track technology and combining with the development of it in China, using ballastless track technology accuracy to control the building of CpIII accurate measurement network. It can also control the construction of roadbed segment, the quality of briages waterproof layer and concrete thickness, the quality of construction in bridge boss elastic layer and intermediate layer and the insulation treatment of track plate. The cooperation of track coarse adjustment, accurate adjustment car and screw adjuster discusses some important technology questions in ballastless track constructions and designs the high performance in ballastless track. At the same time, the paper also elaborateds quality of concrete mixing, transportation, pouring and curing process, the organization way in double block type ballastless track construction, I line trackless transportation and rail transportation. It has a reference value for our country’s ballastless track construction technology re-innovation.
