In high-speed rolling bearings, the roller-raceway friction pair and cage-raceway friction pair on the surface of the sliding, rolling, shock, vibration and excessive friction heat will cause the acceleration decomposition of lubricating oil.And generate performance decline, eventually lead to friction contact surface failure.It will affect the overall performance of the engine, and accelerate bearing failure, brought great losses to the people and the country.This passage is based on the performance optimization technology of aircraft engine,and do theory analysis bearing to establish the theoretical calculation of the bearing parameter and working condition of friction pair process. Through the theoretical results, do experiment design and fundamental test on basic friction pair of bearings. Accumulate experimental data for the accurate design ofbasic friction pair. Subject mainly carry out the following research:(1)Using the theory of roller bearing dynamics model and adhesion theory,analyse the influence of roller number,windage, guide clearance and surface coating technology on the performance of bearing. Get high speed light load roller bearings’ internal key relative motion form of friction pair.(2) Through dynamic model and the Hertz contact stress calculation method, establish the theoretical calculation of the bearing parameters with the working condition of friction pair process. Got bearing parameters with the working condition of friction pair of quantitative analysis of the results. Provide design method for the test conditions.(3) Write condition monitoring program by Labview. Carry out experimental study on rolling-sliding and impact-sliding. And study the performance of the contact surface and the wear morphology. Accumulate experimental data for the accurate design ofbasic friction pair. |
