With the development of modern space technology, many satellite platforms, space telescopes and other spacecraft equipment with high precision pointing needs have been put into practical application. High precise orientation of the spacecraft not only needs sensor or pointing device has higher accuracy and sensitivity, but also needs the spacecraft platform equipped with sensors or pointing device has more high attitude control accuracy and directional stability. And at this stage, the accuracy of the sensor is very hard to get improved, then the spacecraft attitude stability has become the main factors that influence the pointing accuracy. Therefore, to reduce the interference of environmental noise to the spacecraft and to ensure stability of spacecraft’s attitude have become an important direction.This article is based on the demand of spacecraft payload’s high precision orientation, and abroad the two-body satellite with no disturbance load platform(DFP), design a catamaran satellite ground testing system, and through modeling and simulation the simulator, we analysis the vibration isolation efficiency and pointing accuracy and improve the efficiency.This system consists of three subsystems, the test system of payload platform(PM), the test system of the service platform(SM) and the vibration isolation mechanism. And the three subsystems, using mathematical methods to establish the dynamic model, and according to the practical engineering experience to determine the three pointing system control strategy, including current control loop of vibration isolation interface, absolute position control loop of payload platform and elative position and the attitude control loop of service platform simulator. At the same time, the external disturbance and the types of the test system are analyzed, and the dynamic simulation is carried out under the conditions of the whole detailed consideration of the interference and the experimental environment. And through the payload platform and service platform in the pointing accuracy and vibration efficiency comparison, the vibration isolation efficiency and the accuracy of the point to improve efficiency was calculated. Simulation results show that through the application of the on ground simulator for two-body satellite concept and the contrast of payload platform and service platform,the pointing accuracy and the efficiency of vibration isolation have been greatly improved, thus validating the improvement in attitude control system, also prove this feasibility of concept in future space.
