The fertilizer experiment carried out on the A.crassicarpa seed orchard and A.mangium seed orchard in Zhangzhou statu-owned zhongxi forest. The fertilizer experiment was accorded to the principles of trees breeding, plant nutrition and forest tree seed science, using L18 (61 * 36) orthogonal design table, with 6 pedigree, and nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, boron, molybdenum all with 3 levels. The experimental results showed that the seed yied of A.crassicarpa seed orchard was significantly enhanced by fertilizer, and fertilizer can effrctively improved the quality of seed.The study results were as follows:1. Different fertilizer treatment have effectively influence on the number of the A.crassicarpa reproductive twigs. In the 18 fertilization treatments, the treatment 9 have the maximum number of reproductive twigs, reached to 199 twigs. The treatment 16 have the least number of reproductive twigs, with 47.7 twigs. The analysis of range showed that the optimized fertilization program was N3P2K3B2Mo2 with pedigree 1, and the corresponding A.crassicarpa pedigree number and the use level of each fertilizer were No.123 pedigree, N 200g/tree, P 150g/tree, K 200g/tree, B 40g/tree, Mo 2g/tree.2. To the A.crassicarpa inflorescence, in the 18 fertilization treatments, the treatment 11 have the maximum number of inflorescence, reached to 6750. The treatment 1 have the least number of inflorescence, just 964. The analysis of range showed that the optimized fertilization program was N2P2K3B2Mo2 with pedigree4, and the corresponding A.crassicarpa pedigree number and the use level of each fertilizer were No.108 pedigree, N 100g/tree, P 150g/tree, K 200g/tree, B 40g/tree, Mo 2g/tree.3. To the little pots of A.crassicarpa, in the 18 fertilization treatments, the treatment 3 have the maximum number of little pots, reached to 2013.33. The treatment 7 have the least number of little pots, just 386.38. The analysis of range showed that the optimized fertilization program was N3P2K2B2Mo3 with pedigree1, and the corresponding A.crassicarpa pedigree number and the use level of each fertilizer were No.123 pedigree, N 200g/tree, P 150g/tree, K 100g/tree, B 40g/tree, Mo 4g/tree.4. To the mature pots of A.crassicarpa, in the 18 fertilization treatments, the treatment 3 have the maximum number of mature pots, reached to 794. The treatment 16 have the least number of mature pots, just 109. The analysis of range showed that the optimized fertilization program was N3P2K1B2Mo3 with pedigree4, and the corresponding A.crassicarpa pedigree number and the use level of each fertilizer were No.108 pedigree, N 200g/tree, P 150g/tree, K 0g/tree, B 40g/tree, Mo 4g/tree.5. To the Fruit-bearing rate of A.crassicarpa, in the 18 fertilization treatments, the treatment 1 have the best Fruit-bearing rate, reached to 0.58%. The treatment 16 have the least Fruit-bearing rate, just 0.04%. The analysis of range showed that the optimized fertilization program was N3P3K2B2Mo1 with pedigree2, and the corresponding A.crassicarpa pedigree number and the use level of each fertilizer were No.26 pedigree, N 200g/tree, P 300g/tree, K 100g/tree, B 40g/tree, Mo 0g/tree.6. To the seed yield of A.crassicarpa, in the 18 fertilization treatments, the treatment 14 have the highest seed yied, reached to 163.9g/tree. The treatment 16 have the lowestseed yied, just 25g/tree. The analysis of range showed that the optimized fertilization program was N3P2K1B2Mo2 with pedigree4, and the corresponding A.crassicarpa pedigree number and the use level of each fertilizer were No.108 pedigree, N 200g/tree, P 150g/tree, K 0g/tree, B 40g/tree, Mo 2g/tree.7. To the 1000-grain weight of A.crassicarpa, in the 18 fertilization treatments, the treatment 17 have the maximum 1000-grain weight, reached to 27.431g. The treatment 11 have the lowest 1000-grain weight, just 21.6g. The analysis of range showed that the optimized fertilization program was N1P1K1B3Mo3 with pedigree6, and the corresponding A.crassicarpa pedigree number and the use level of each fertilizer were No.122 pedigree, N 0g/tree, P 0g/tree, K 0g/tree, B 80g/tree, Mo 4g/tree.8. To the seed health rate of A.crassicarpa, in the 18 fertilization treatments, the treatment 17 have the maximum seed health rate, reached to 92%. The treatment 10 have the lowest seed health rate, just 57.33%. The analysis of range showed that the optimized fertilization program was N2P1K2B3Mo3with pedigree6, and the corresponding A.crassicarpa pedigree number and the use level of each fertilizer were No.122 pedigree, N 100g/tree, P 0g/tree, K 100g/tree, B 80g/tree, Mo 4g/tree.9. The seed germination rate and sprout potential of A.crassicarpa was very consistent.In the 18 fertilization treatments, the treatment 18 have the maximum seed germination rate and sprout potential, reached to 89.67%. The treatment 14 have the lowest seed germination rate and sprout potential, just 25%. The analysis of range showed that the optimized fertilization program was N1P3K1B3Mo1 with pedigree4, and the corresponding A.crassicarpa pedigree number and the use level of each fertilizer were No.108 pedigree, N 0g/tree, P 300g/tree, K 0g/tree, B 80g/tree, Mo 0g/tree.10. The experiment results showed that different pedigree of A.crassicarpa were significant differences in seed production and quality, the pedigree with better seed production and quality is no.123 pedigree. Its seed yield reached 114.13 g, seed germination 23.371 g, 1000-grain weight reached to 82.33%.11. To the A.mangium reproductive branches, in the 18 fertilization treatments, the treatment 12 have the maximum number of reproductive branches, reached to 59.3. The treatment 15 have the least number of reproductive branches, just 7. The analysis of range showed that the optimized fertilization program was N2P3K3B1Mo3 with pedigree4, and the corresponding A.crassicarpa pedigree number and the use level of each fertilizer were No.19 pedigree, N 100g/tree, P 300g/tree, K 200g/tree, B 0g/tree, Mo 4g/tree.12. To the A.mangium inflorescence, in the 18 fertilization treatments, the treatment 16 have the maximum number of inflorescence, reached to 2269.6. The treatment 9 have the least number of inflorescence, just 133.2. The analysis of range showed that the optimized fertilization program was N1P2K3B2Mo3 with pedigree6, and the corresponding A.crassicarpa pedigree number and the use level of each fertilizer were No.15 pedigree, N 0g/tree, P 150g/tree, K 200g/tree, B 40g/tree, Mo 4g/tree.13. The treatment 15 have the least number of little pots, just 824.9. The analysis of range showed that the optimized fertilization program was N2P2K3B1Mo3 with pedigree1, and the corresponding A.crassicarpa pedigree number and the use level of each fertilizer were No.22 pedigree, N 100g/tree, P 150g/tree, K 200g/tree, B 0g/tree, Mo 4g/tree.14. To the mature pots of A.mangium, in the 18 fertilization treatments, the treatment 12 have the maximum number of mature pots, reached to 1831. The treatment 15 have the least number of mature pots, just 207. The analysis of range showed that the optimized fertilization program was N2P3K3B1Mo3 with pedigree4, and the corresponding A.crassicarpa pedigree number and the use level of each fertilizer were No.19 pedigree, N 100g/tree, P 300g/tree, K 200g/tree, B 0g/tree, Mo 4g/tree.15. The treatment 4 have the least Fruit-bearing rate, just 0.27%. The analysis of range showed that the optimized fertilization program was N2P3K2B3Mo3 with pedigree4, and the corresponding A.crassicarpa pedigree number and the use level of each fertilizer were No.19 pedigree, N 100g/tree, P 300g/tree, K 100g/tree, B 80g/tree, Mo 4g/tree.16. To the seed yield of A.mangium, in the 18 fertilization treatments, the treatment 3 have the highest seed yied, reached to 111.3g/tree. The treatment 8 have the lowest seed yied, just 3.15g/tree. The analysis of range showed that the optimized fertilization program was N3P3K3B1Mo3 with pedigree1, and the corresponding A.crassicarpa pedigree number and the use level of each fertilizer were No.22 pedigree, N 200g/tree, P 300g/tree, K 100g/tree, B 0g/tree, Mo 4g/tree.17. To the 1000-grain weight of A.mangium, in the 18 fertilization treatments, the treatment 15 have the maximum 1000-grain weight, reached to 15.29g. The treatment 13 have the lowest 1000-grain weight, just 7.36g. The analysis of range showed that the optimized fertilization program was N3P2K2B2Mo1 with pedigree5, and the corresponding A.crassicarpa pedigree number and the use level of each fertilizer were No.21 pedigree, N 200g/tree, P 150g/tree, K 100g/tree, B 40g/tree, Mo 0g/tree.18. To the seed health rate of A.mangium, in the 18 fertilization treatments, the treatment 16 have the maximum seed health rate, reached to 77%. The treatment 13 have the lowest seed health rate, just 15%. The analysis of range showed that the optimized fertilization program was N3P2K2B1Mo1 with pedigree5, and the corresponding A.crassicarpa pedigree number and the use level of each fertilizer were No.21 pedigree, N 200g/tree, P 150g/tree, K 100g/tree, B 0g/tree, Mo 0g/tree.19. The seed germination rate and sprout potential of A.mangium was very consistent.In the 18 fertilization treatments, the treatment 3 have the maximum seed germination rate and sprout potential, reached to 65.25%. The treatment 4 have the lowest seed germination rate and sprout potential, just 18.25%. The analysis of range showed that the optimized fertilization program was N3P1K2B1Mo3 with pedigree6, and the corresponding A.crassicarpa pedigree number and the use level of each fertilizer were No.21 pedigree, N 200g/tree, P 0g/tree, K 100g/tree, B 0g/tree, Mo 4g/tree.20.The experiment results showed that different pedigree of A. mangium were significant differences in seed production and quality, the pedigree with better seed production and quality is no.22 and 15 pedigrees. The the seed yield of A. mangium 22 genealogy reached 74.23 g, germination rate reached 58.33%. The A. mangium 15 genealogy’s 65.76 g, germination rate reached 56%.
