Inbreeding depression is an important Genetic phenomenon, selfing is an important way of Cultivating fine crop varieties, the principle of self-incompatibility have very important value in improving Economic benefits of Economic plants, as the inbreeding depression and heterosis is a opposite genetic phenomena, the research of inbreeding depression have important value for the research of heterosis.Studying on the selfing of diploid Eremurus inderiensis、diploid Eremurus anisopterus、Tetraploid Eremurus inderiensis, The main results are summarized as follows:1. According to Statistical results of the diploid Eremurus inderiensis、diploid Eremurus anisopterus and their offspring’s height, the decrease of their selfing offsprings’ height reached a very significant level;2. According to Statistical results of the Tetraploid Eremurus inderiensis and their selfing Progeny’s height, the decrease of their offsprings’ height reached a significant level,but the reduction of it’s Progeny’s height is not than The diploid Eremurus inderiensis’ Progeny.3.
