Although Soil organic matter (SOM) content is very small part of the total amount of the soil, but it is very important significance on soil formation, soil fertility, environment protection and sustainable development of agriculture. Previous practice and research showed that organic Soil fertility improvement, should improve the quality of the soil organic matter, not simple increase soil organic matter content. This study selected the collected the red and black soil from Heilongjiang province Helen experiment stations Soil Exchange experiment, the dark brown soil from long designated fertilizer experiment in Heilongjiang province Heihe experiment stations, Under the same climate, different soil fertility levels and different soil layer of soil organic matter quality (different components of absolute content and relative content and the quantitative properties and Infrared spectrum, Ultraviolet-visible spectrum, elements of visible light-hot heavy properties, such as qualitative properties) is analyzed, and the organic matter quality indicators and crop yield and the correlation analysis.Application of fertilizer and organic fertilizer can improve the surface and the surface soil organic carbon (SOC) and organic carbon absolute content of different components,it promote the relative content of acid carbon (FAC), and show that:only the chemical fertilizer can better increase in soil acid carbon (FAC), the content of organic fertilizer better promote HA soil carbon (HAC), the content of organic and chemical fertilizer was increase of the content of HAC and the FAC. HuMin acid and rich in acid just is the soil organic matter in the stronger of active material, it can significantly improve soil fertility status.The results of Dark brown soil surface HuMin acid the study show that, the separate application of organic manure and mixed the fertilize, can promote the soil with All HA aromas and molecular the polymerization degree, increase the relative molecular mass of the HA and C/N ratio, reduce the HA than O/C, to deepen its degree of humification and organic fertilizer chemical fertilizeris better than the effect of organic fertilizer alone. For topsoil HA, application of organic manure to the topsoil HA C/H and O/C to reduce its nitrogen content and hydrogen content, reducing the oxygen content of the HA, so that the surface soil HA increased toward the degree of oxidation,aromatic increases,the condensationdegree increases, the degree of humification deepen direction, soil sub-surface HAto follow this law. The application of fertilizer to the soil surface and subsurface HA degree of complexity, the extent of aromatization reduced to promote the role of HAhumification smaller. Organic fertilizer and organic fertilizer with sub-surface soil was able to promote with the surface soil HA of complicated degree, fang constitutive level by level by corrosion and colonization, potassium organic fertilizer on the role of surface soil HA best, organic fertilizer to the soil surface was with the role of HA better. Fertilization aliphatic degree of subsurface soil HA molecules deepened; and the molecular aliphatic the degree of sub-surface organic fertilizer chemical fertilizer treatment with HA is the strongest.The relationship between HAC content (in soil), HA coefficient of hue, hue coefficient of WSS and crop yields are significant correlation (R2>0.5).The fertility impact mechanism can be explained, it is recommended that the HAC content (in soil), HA hue coefficientWSS hue coefficient to determine the fertility level of organic matter quality indicators.Study on the relationship between soil organic matter quality and soil fersility shows that the high level fersility soil has the characters as topsoil SOC, HAC, FAC absolute content were higher; soil PQ value and HAC relatively content were higher; lignin characteristics of the HA, FA were strong, molecular aromatization, high degree of complexity; molecular of HA, FA aromatization were in high degree and high degree of complexity.The surface of soil organic matter is more significant on soil fersility, therefore, through the surface organic fertilizer was deep can promote FA, HA rot the degree and increase the content, to achieve purpose of improving the soil organic matter quality and Soil fertility.
