The mucosal immunity is an important part of immune response of chicken’simmune system. At the early period of the chicken hatched, organizational structure, immune cells or immune function are not yet mature, the chicken’s body immunesystem is still in the early developmental period and maternal antibodies is verylimited. Whether local mucosal immune induction can produce an effective mucosaland systemic immune response of the chicken body at this time is unknown. Thisstudy elaborated on the developing regularity of antibodies in local mucosal immunetissues of experimental chicken vaccinated with vaccine. The main test aresummarized as follows:In this study, the100chickens in1day posthatch respectively was chose assamples of experiment. These chickens were randomly divided into5groups: A(1dimmunization), B(3d immunization), C(6d immunization) and D(13d immunization)E(negative control group). Via ocular-nasal routes dropped into a plume/0.1mL NDVLaSota-vaccine solution at A, B, C, D groups, respectively. After immunization, at theday post-immunization of1d,4d,7d,14d,21d collected to be detected sampleswashings. An indirect ELISA assay was established measure NDV specific antibodiesIgM, IgG and SIgA.The results showed that: local mucosal immune responses can be induced inchicken vaccinated with vaccine at different stages. But the6d and13d immunizedgroups can induce chicken to produce systemic immune responses, NDV specificantibodies can not be induced in sera at1d and3d immunized groups; the detection ofImmunoglobulin subclasses showed that: IgG was main specific antibody in systemicimmune responses, while local mucosal immune responses mainly produced specificantibodies SIgA; the study of common mucosal immune response in chickensindicated that, the immunized groups at different stages could produce high level ofspecific antibody SIgA, IgG and IgM in the local as well as distant mucosa. In this study, the mucosal and systemic immune response regularity of chickenocular-nasal immunized with Newcastle disease vaccine were studied in the cell levelto show the mucosal and systemic immune state of chicken in different developmentperiods. It will add contents for poultry immunology and pathophysiology, and providea theoretical basis for timely immunization and disease prevention.
