General E.coli isn’t pathogenic bacterium in the intestinal tract, some serotype of E.coli canmake the body diarrhea, thereby induce polyinfection with the other pathogenic bacteria.Pathogenic Escherichia coli is the chief pathogenic with the cacatory rex rabbit, the rex rabbithair will be maked confused and disorderly and its tail and hindlimb being polluted with feces, the severe cases will be dead, they bring economic loss in the breeding industry with rex rabbit. The rapid development of aquaculture for the past few years, with the progressive technologicalintensification is the main tendency and used so many antibiotics to breed and shelter, causedgreat difficulties to cure and prevent beforehand with the increase drug resistance, preventionand control of diseases exists the same problem.Diarrhea was happened in rex rabbit field which one is in ChangChun at2012,thepathogenic bacterium was bring in our laboratory to detect. From the rabbit’s heart-blood weisolation the pathogenic Escherichia coli, its bacterial colony was dark purple and metallic lusterin EMB, in MacConkey we get the red colony. Grams stain to show that the Isolates is bluntends of Gram-negative bacilli, size is (0.4~0.7)μm×(1~3)μm.The biochemical test result issimilar to《Berger system bacterial identification manual》.The sequencing result indicatehomology is100%between the Isolates and E.coli SCDC-1.LD50is2.2×109CFU/ml.Ceftriaxone,kanamycin,Norfloxacin,Ciflox and Neomycin can active suppression the germgrowth.Preparation of Inactivated Vaccine with the Isolates, and the protection rate experimentsin mice is100%, provides the basis for this rabbit field to treatment the E. coli disease but alsolaid the foundation for the prevention.
