Effects Of Different Selenium Fertilizer On The Quality Of ’Wanqiuhuangli’ Pear

In this experiment, four-year-old ’Wanqiuhuangli’ pear trees were used as testmaterial. We detected the effect of spraying different concentrations and differenttimes of ’Fu Xiwang’,’Kang Xi’,’Zhu Youbao’ and ’Fu Xibao’ on quality characters of’Wanqiuhuangli’ pear, by randomized blocks trial. Singal fruit weight, fruit shapeindex, fruit firmness, soluble solids, titratable acid, Vc, organic selenium and inorganicselenium were tested separately in this experiment. The results are found that there isno significant difference in the fruit shape index and the titratable acid contentbetween the pears treated with four Selenium compound fertilizer and CK; except ’FuXibao’, the other Selenium compound fertilizers can significantly improve the Vccontent; the effections of treatments on organic selenium of ’Wanqiuhuangli’ pear asfollows:1.’Fu Xiwang’1500×spraying twice and thrice,1000×spraying two timesimproved the organic selenium content of ’Wanqiuhuangli’ pear, which weresignificantly different with CK, while other treatments were not remarkable.2.’Kang Xi’150×spraying twice and thrice,100×spraying three times all canmake the ’Wanqiuhuangli’ pear’s organic selenium content significantly differents withCK, other treatments had not significant difference with CK.3.’Zhu Youbao’200×spraying thrice and300×spraying twice the’Wanqiuhuangli’ pear’s organic selenium content had highly significant difference withCK; there was no significant difference between CK and other treatments.4.’Fu Xibao’100times,200×and300×spraying thrice and100×spraying twiceraised the ’Wanqiuhuangli’ pear’s organic selenium content, which were highlysignificantly different with CK;150×spraying twice the organic selenium content wassignificant difference with CK, other treatments were not remarkable. The result of this experiment shows that ’Wanqiuhuangli’ pear had a strong abilityof accumulating Se; except for ’Kang Xi’, other selenium compound fertilizer all canimprove the quality of ’Wanqiuhuangli’ pear; in this experiment,’Zhu Youbao’200×spraying thrice is the best treatment.
