Genetic diversity is the major component of biological diversity.The germplasm resourcesgenetic diversity research in China of waxy maize began since1998.The southwest、Yunnan、Guizhou and other places of waxy maize germplasm resources genetic diversity reported is morethan the north and northeast. This experiment is conducted by researching50samples ofartificial pollination obtained waxy corn seeds that was biochemical marked by salt-solubleprotein;analyzing50inbred lines surveys of north and northeast region originated waxycorn,each containing18agronomic traits (morphological markers);and the study of geneticdistance and clustering analysis of50surveys using SSR molecular markers.(1) Researches under agronomic traits,salt-soluble protein,and DNA of the50north andnortheast region waxy corn survey proof that there is enriched genetic diversity embedded ininbred lines.(2) Random sampling the50inbred line surveys os18agronomic traits,average of traits aretaken to establish a database to analyze genetic diversity and clustering analysis.Results showthat at the genetic distance of20,50waxy corn inbred samples is divided into4categories.Except category2only contains one inbred line D11,other three categories all contain2subsets.I1:D2、D29、D27、D35、D25.I2including D17、D28、D21、D10、D33、D7;III1:D46、D43、D15、D12、D49、D42、D14、D37、D3、D34、D13、D31、D30.III2:D8、D4、D3、D1.IV1including D24、D22、D18、D39、D19、D26、D50、D23.IV2includingD44、D47、D38、D45、D35、D20、D5、D48、D6、D9、D16、D41、D40.Morphological markers show that there is possibility thatinbred lines with exact same agronomic traits may exist in different categories,therefor samplingfrom field can not fully depend on agronomic traits.(3)50inbred line corn samples are categorized into4groups according to color contrast ofsalt-soluble protein electrophoresis,from light to dark.there are4subsets within category1.I1including four inbred lines D44、D19、D49、D16;I2includes D37、D17、D13、D10、D41、D45、D43、D9、D8、D2、D15、D14、D3、D1、D30、D5、D4、D46、D50、D6;I3includes D24、D42、D32、D48、D5;I4only contain D35、D26two inbred lines.Category2includes D40、D22、D29、D28、D18.Category3contains two inbred lines D33、D7.Category4contains2subsets IV1:D47、D20、D27、D23;IV2D31、D21、D12、D11、D36、D34、D39、D38.(4) Dividing the50inbred line waxy corn samples into5groups using SSR molecular markers of their DNA molecular level.The first category contains2subsets that I1:D29、D46、D25;I2includes D1、D18、D8.Group2only contains one inbred line:D30.Group3and group4eachcontain2sub-groups:D7、D5、D32、D24、D33、D42、D23、D22;III2with2inbred lines D20、D13;and group4has D48、D16、D39、D40、D10;IV2contains4inbred lines:D43、D19、D3、D2.Group5has3sub-groups V1:D44、D35、D49、D47、D6、D34、D11、D38、D36、D45、D26、D14、D28、D27、D17、D15、D31、D9;V2: D37、D12;V3:D41、D21、D50、D4.(5) There determination methods are based on agronomic traits,protein,and DNA,Fromthere methods of categorized analysis,we can conclude that at the same genetic distance,SSRcategorizing method is the most satisfying and reliable.
