Rice as the world’s most important food crops has been widely planted. In this study,24northeast of rice cultivars as research subjects were conducted a statistical analysis and clusteranalysis to its agronomic and physiological traits, and have a research on the relationshipbetween the proportion of Indica and Japonica consanguinity with tillering chilling injurytreatment, the use of29pairs indica and japonica specific primers for the24blood sampleswere verified indica and japonica, at the molecular level analysis of the genetic diversity on thetest material, to infer phylogenetic relationships between different species and physiologicaltraits chilling injury after treatment. In order to provide a theoretical basis for the Northeast coldrice cultivars and crossbreeding. The main results are as follows:1. Indica and japonica using specific primers marker analysis, the program index between19-22, and cultivars are reflected japonica, indicating north japonica rice cultivars mainlyplanted with varieties. Dj shows different values in different resistant varieties, high bloodJaponica rice varieties resistant frequency of95.6-99.1,89.9-93.5anti rice varieties as low as88.1-89.3resistant rice varieties.2. Red withered rate by comparison, northeast of rice cultivars tillering stage cold tolerancecan be divided into high resistance and low resistance to anti-3genotypes3. According to the proportion of Indica and Japonica consanguinity cluster analysis, northeast of rice cultivars can be divided into three groups, this results in the tillering stage coldsaline treated victims get high, consistent, and low resistance to species classification results.4. At low temperatures, Pn, Tr, Gs of cold-resistant varieties has decreased, and the declinein the performance is low resistance> anti> high resistance; Ci affected by low temperatureslightly, resistant varieties Ci is greater than the rise of anti-and low resistance varieties.5. Low temperature stress on low resistant varieties panicles per hill, the impact of grainsper panicle and seed setting rate to be significantly greater than the highly resistant, resistantvariety, but low temperature stress on grain weight among varieties is obvious. Photographiccompared with normal temperature after cold treatment, all varieties of grains per panicle weresignificantly reduced.6. Agronomic traits exist significant differences in the varieties, there is a rich geneticdiversity.
