Isolation And Identification Of Pathogenic Escherichia Coli From Goose And Screening And Preliminary Application Of Sensitive Drug To This Bacteria

Goose Colibacillosis is an infectious disease which caused by pathogenic Escherichiacoli,the main performance is septicemia,fibrinous airsacculitis,perihepatitis,pericarditis andperitonitis.Different varieties and different day old geese can get the disease,the mostvulnerable is gosling.The survey found,Colibacillosis in geese incidence rate is11%-69%.Colibacillosis in geese mortality is3.8%-20%.Goose Colibacillosis bring economic loss notonly in goose breeding industry,but also threat the healthy development of the poultry industry.Escherichia coli is sensitive to many antibiotics,because of extensive ongoing and improper useof antibiotics,Multi drug resistant bacteria come into being.There are obvious differences ofEscherichia coli resistance in different areas.Therefore,isolation and identification and drugsensitive test has an important guiding significance for the control of Colibacillosis in Goosebefore treatment.This experiment study on goose of a goose farm,which is built in Yushu city of JilinProvince,we isolated and identificated of Goose Escherichia Coli,then we carried out screenand preliminary applicate of sensitive drug,The experiment provided the theoretical basis forthe prevention of Colibacillosis in goose,which has important application value for the controlGoose Colibacillosis in the large-scale goosery.This experiment mainly according to clinicalsymptoms and dissection characteristic,which come from a goose farm in Yushu city of JilinProvince.We initially diagnosed as goose colibacillosis,pathogenic materials were collectedfrom dead goose in this farms.through isolation and cultivation of bacteria,biochemicalexperiments,animal pathogenicity test,amplification and sequence of16SrRNA specific DNAfragment,drug sensitivity test,drug treatment experiment,we obtained a strain of pathogenicEscherichia coli from the goose liver. So that,the disease is caused by infection of pathogenicEscherichia coli,Isolates is very high sensitivity to quinolones and P antibiotics,The mainrepresentative are ciprofloxacin,ofloxacin and osfomycin. Amoxicillin and Gentamicin appearscertain resistance.According to the experimental results,Fosfomycin was selected totreat,received good treatment effect.
