Soil and water loss disaster now has become a global problem. Countries around theworld spend a lot of manpower and material resources to the formation mechanism of soil andwater loss, to study the development process and its control measures, a series ofachievements have been made. This study site in northern discharge slag as the researchobject, by using field scouring experiment combined with field investigation, find out north ofjinduicheng mine soil and water loss disaster situation, and on this basis to explore suitablesoil and water loss disaster management countermeasures.Mine site is located in the north channel, near the northern county in shaanxi provincegold heap in southern town, is a typical low stone in qinling mountain, north mine belongs toartificial reshaping landform, the original ecological environment is destroyed, the soilstructure, vegetation, morphology and surface material is completely different with theoriginal landform, area difference is big, rainfall intensity, water erosion.Introduced in this paper, a novel design method of the orthogonal experiment, the designof three factors three levels (L34) orthogonal test, the system research of different coverageand cushion layer, different rainfall erosion quantity three factors and three levels of soil andwater loss disaster impact.Through the research of soil and water loss disaster site test team and the test results bycombined analysis of variance analysis and extreme difference analysis method, to determinethe main factors influencing the site in northern soil erosion process for coverage, cushion,followed by the most times for ChongShuaLiang. According to the above conclusion, andtargeted puts forward three kinds of soil erosion control measures.(1) biological measures mainly local optimum plant site in mesa, improve minevegetation coverage, can effectively reduce the north mine soil and water erosionphenomenon.(2) the engineering measures are mainly to build intercepting drain, reduce the slopesurface runoff, can effectively reduce the north mine soil and water erosion phenomenon.(3) the small watershed comprehensive control measures is based on control basinnatural and social economic conditions and the requirements of national economicdevelopment in the region and in the soil erosion of small watershed governance\"as thecenter, to improve the economic benefit and social economic sustainable development as thegoal.
