According to the monitoring is inconvenient for farmland soil evaporation, and low testaccuracy problems, this paper has developed a new application monitoring system ofLysimeter based on MCU C8051F410, which has realized a long-distance monitoring offarmland soil moisture evaporation, temperature and humidity by collecting, converting andstoring, and improving the test accuracy and stability of the existing lysimeter system. Thissystem introduces the hardware circuit design and software programming.The hardware of the system includes the main chip circuits, power modules, dataacquisition modules, memory modules, communication modules. The main function is toreceive the command of PC, and complete the data collection, storage and transmission inaccordance with the command. While, to reduce the interference effect on lysimeter controlsystem, independent power supply has been adopted in the power supply of sensor, MCU andA/D converter. To improve test accuracy of soil moisture evaporation, high-precision pressuresensor and high conversion accuracy FS511converter has been used in acquisition modules.To achieve fast and accurate save,1M byte serial SPI interface Flash memory PM25LV080has been used. For the convenience of remote monitoring, CAN bus and GPRS wirelesstransmission technology has been used in communication modules?System software uses the Keil-uVision3software platform, the main function is tocomplete collection and storage of the evaporation of soil moisture. To reduce the interferenceeffect on measurement results, the improved average recursive filtering methods has beenadopted in the processing of the measurement results, by comparing a variety of filteringmethods. For the convenience of the staff to view and analyze historical data, it used theintegrated real-time clock module smaRTClock for the system timing, which can avoid therunaway phenomenon, and solve the timing errors of thesoftware effectively. ThesmaRTClock module can work long hours and it has realized a long-term and uninterruptedmonitoring of evaporation.According to the above scheme, the prototype is pruduced after software debugging andtesting in the laboratory and simulated field environment. The results show that the systemerror is small, the test accuracy can reach0.01%, and the performance is stable, which meets the design requirements.
