The main results are as follows:1According to the Baisha County of Hainan province state-owned Bangxi farm forest right certificate, certificate of land data, and based on field survey the terrain factors, we draw the picture in the construction of forest farm of Hopea, kapok, fine species breeding based function distribution, discussed in detail the construction contents and methods of construction, put forward the basic scheme of fire protection and energy conservation, and evaluate the effect of the implementation of the project on the surrounding environment of the project area, the construction and completion of the organization and management of project bidding scheme and measures.
