Nitrogen and phosphorus are both the essential macronutriens for plant. Organic nitrogen and organic phosphorus, as the important parts of the soil nitrogen and phosphorus, have a significant impact on the soil fertility. The researches on soil inorganic nitrogen and phosphorus have been more in-depth, but a few on soil organic nitrogen and phosphorus component, especially on the migration and translation of the organic nitrogen, organic phosphorus in the soil fertilizer microssites. In this researeh,the soil column slice method was adopted to study the variation of green manure decomposing rate, soil pH, the organic nitrogen components, the organic phosphorus component in the soil fertilizer microssites, which had been treated by CK, MCP, GML, GML+MCP, GMH and GMH+MCP. The main results are as follows:In the case of mixed phosphate fertilizer,the decompositionrate of green manure in soil is slower than14days before the single green manuring; After cultivating28days, the decay rate of green manure of the mixed phosphate fertilizer is faster than single green manuring; The decay rate of high quantity of green manure is slower than low quantity of green manurein the whole training proces. The decay rate of low quantity of green manurein in28days is significantly slower than the decay rate in14days.Different green manure fertilizer treatments can accelerate the increase of pH of the soil. The effect will be fall off with the increase of treatments time.There are differences of soil organic phosphorus fractions and its occurrence following the different training process; Green manure of the mixed phosphate fertilizer and high quantity of green manure both have an effect of promoting the content and migration of labile organic phosphorus in soil fertilizer microssites. After soil column treatment14days, the green manure mixed phosphate fertilizer has a more obvious influence of moderatelylabile organic phosphorus than single green manuring,due to exogenous phosphorus fertilizer in soil fertilizer microssites.After30days, high quantity of green manure significantly increased the concentration of moderately labile organic phosphorus in the soil; Due to exogenous phosphorus fertilizer, mix of the phosphate fertilizer green manure in soil fertilizer microssites and the influence of moderately resistant organic phosphorus more obvious than single green manuring; resistant organic phosphorus under the influence of exogenous phosphorus is significant in soil fertilizer microssites.Applying green manure treatment of soil fertilizer microssites, the content of organic nitrogen components are significantly increased. Phosphate fertilizer will increase the hydrolysis of total nitrogen in the soil migration distance, high amount of organic fertilizer applied significantly affect the hydrolysis of total nitrogen migration only in28days later;Mixed phosphate fertilizer can effectively increase the amino acid nitrogen migration and the content change in the fertilizer microssites; Mixed phosphate fertilizer is effective to increase the migration and the content change of ammonia nitrogen in the fertilizer microssites; The content of amino sugar nitrogen appeared significantly increase in the process of the soil training; Mixed phosphate fertilizer is effective to increase the domain migration and content of unknown acid hydrolysis nitrogen in the fertilizer microssites.
