| This paper systematically discusses the Phalaenopsis flower organ morphology changes after pollination and immature seed embryo development dynamic in vitro, seed morphology and double embryo phenomenon, exploration of different mineral nutrition and different exogenous hormones influence factors on the growth and development, to provide the certain reference value for the research on the basis of Phalaenopsis. The results are as follows:1. Phalaenopsis gynostemium closed about25.5h after pollination. The test map was designed with different factors, the results show that the use of silencers live normal pollen or pollen will cause closure gynostemium while shrinking petals dehydration occurs. Phalaenopsis gynostemium by0.01mg/L and0.03mg/L NAA processing occurs closed and withered petals did not occur.2. Phalaenopsis capsule can be divided into five developmental stages, more gentle curve of growth dynamics, the longitudinal diameter and diameter changes lead to changes in fruit shape, after pollination7-28d, diameter growth rate significantly accelerated the development of the ovary by a line-type rod-like structure.3. Double embryo exists in two forms.5. The trefoil stage Phalaenopsis are observed the growth and development in different mineral nutrition and exogenous hormone. VW culture medium was more favorable than the MS in Phalaenopsis vegetative growth. Within a certain range, the formulator to reduce the amount of N elements, while increasing the amount of P element and the B element is conducive to the growth and differentiation of Phalaenopsis root. TDZ promote the number of leaves per plant, axillary buds, and have a strong inhibitory effect on root development, showed a clear dose relationship, while no significant changes in plant fresh weight.6-BA promote axillary buds, and has an inhibitory effect on root development. With the6-BA concentrations increase, Phalaenopsis plant fresh weight and roots percentage is the overall trend gradually decreasing; leaf number per plant increased and then decreased. ABA has inhibitory effect to the Phalaenopsis growth and development. All treatment was not observed flowering plants, also no flower buds. |
