HongJiang orange (Citrus tangerina Hort.et Tanaka×Citrus sinensis (L.)Osbeck) is products of orang citrus varieties in China. It is introduction to the FuShan town Cheng Mai HainNan province in the late1990s. The growth performance is good, and quality of flavor is excellent. Its trade name is "FuCheng". The natural mature harvest period of Hongjiang orange is in December to November. If the period of delay to the fruit sales during the Spring Festival market, its selling price is2-3times higher than the normal harvest period. Listed traditional during the Spring Festival "FuCheng" mainly by cold storage, but the cost was high. On-tree storage, can reduce the sorage cost, maintain fruit and tree body directly to nutrient and moisture exchange,natural environmental protection, reduce the harm of traditional preservative on the human body. Based on previous study,the results suggest that every3weeks a time of spraying10mg/L GA3, appling nitrogen fertilizer200g per tree, mulching plastic film, alone or combined treatment on fruit tree storage play a significant effect. This experiment further study of different treatment alone and combined treatment effcts on tree fruit sugar, acid accumulation, to determine a reasonable Hongjiang orage tree processing technology and provide a theoretical basis for the tree of time.The experiment in Hongjiang orange fruit color turning before1month (In mid November)in different treatment.(Treatment A:spraying GA310mg/L+appling nitrogen fertilizer200g/strain+mulching plastic film;Treatment B:spraying GA310mg/L appling nitrogen fertilizer200g/strain;Treatment C:spraying GA310mg/L+mulching plastic film;Treatment D:spraying GA310mg/L;Treatment E:appling nitrogen fertilizer200g/strain+mulching plastic film;Treatment F:appling nitrogen fertilizer200g/strain;Treatment G:mulching plastic film) The experimental results showed the following:(1)All7on-tree storage of fruits treatment can improve fruit retention rate in different periods,effective fruit retention time for84days.(2)Fructose,glucose,sucrose content in the on-tree storage of fruits process,the change trend,from mid December, the rapid accumulation of content,and reached its peak in mid January,after the beginning of decomposition, to maintain the basic stability in late January after.(3)Malic acid citric acid content in the on-tree storage process, the change trend, from late November onwards,content rapid decomposition,to next January basic at the lowest level,stable after. (4)The activity of AI in the on-tree storage process,the variation trend is,from mid December,its activity increased,and reached the peak during the early January to late January.(5)The activity of SPS in the on-tree storage process,the variation trend is,from mid December,its activity increased,and reached the peak in early January of the next year,after a steep decline.(6)The activity of SS cleavage in the on-tree storage process,the variation trend is, in late November to early January of the next year, activity remained basically unchanged, after the activity began to rise.(7)The activity of SS synthetic in the on-tree storage process,the variation trend is,from late November onwards,its activity increased, decreased in the mid December, active in early January to a lower level of activity, after the rebound.(8)Treatment C(spraying GA310mg/L+mulching plastic film) had the contents of the fructose and the soluble sugar in pulp increasing significantly of84days(February15th)besides the good effects on reserveing fruit on tree.(9)Treatment B(spraying GA3+appling nitrogen fertilizer200g per tree) and treatment E (appling nitrogen fertilizer200g per tree+mulching plastic film) had the contents of the fructose, the glucose, the sucrose and the soluble sugar in pulp decreasing remarkably and affected the flavor negatively although the both could reserve fruits on tree successfully.(10)Content variation trend with SPS activity in fruits, glucose, fructose trend similar to that of sucrose accumulation, activity of SPS on fruit sugar may play an important role. Results show that the activity of SPS on fruit sugar accumulation may play an important role.(11)Hongjiang orange on the tree storage process,sugar and acid treatment than the trend is basically similar,generally in the storage of42days(December16th)after the sharp rise, to63days(January6th)and reached the peak.(12)The ratio of sugar/acid in pulp was more proper and the pulp tasted better during the period from December to January next year, so this period was the best for on-tree storage of fruits.
