| Yesso scallop is a kind of important commercially bivalves in the North ofChina.,but analysis study on its whole genome is not developed.In order to study thestructure and composition of scallop genome sequences,we find all tandem repeatsfrom the whole genome of yesso scallop using Tandem Repeats Finder (TRF)software.These tandem repeat are divided into three categories, microsatellite,minisatellite and satellite.To study them detailed,we research on them classificationabout their composed of structural features.The main results are as follows:1. Analyzed all the sequencing data of yesso scallop,we get956,255tandemrepeats from the whole genome.The length of all the tandem repeat units locate in theregion between1bp and500bp,and the total length of these repeats are413,646,025bp.These results show that the length of all the tandem repeats accounted for39.25%of the whole genome.And we statistics the data of three categories,find21,398microsatellites,921,154minisatellites and13,703satellites.In this result we can findthat minisatellites make up the major part of tandem repeats.In the figure constructedwith the copy number of every repeat unit,we get that,in the region of40-500bp,thecopy number of each repeat reduce with the increase of the length of repeat unit,butwe find two different heights in the total trend.2.For the repeat unit in the region between1bp and6bp,this study research on allthe repeat types and analyze their base structure and distribution feature.The resultsshow that repeat unit type of3bp,4bp and5bp occupy the major proportion.And eachkind of repeat has its own preference in base and sequence.In the region of7-500bp,we analyze all the repeat number and length at a whole,and then some high copysequence particular.Analysis result of the two height sites, in145bp and156bp,andfour high copy sequences shows that,low copy repeats make up the mostminisatellites,simultaneously we surmise that the length of repeat unit and the copynumber of minisatellite repeat. |
