The study took the saline soil of different reclaimed years in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province as research object by the method of field experiment. Corn was used as indictor, and setting5treatments by the using of bio-organic fertilizer, as the following:a control check (CK), the whole amount of bio-organic fertilizer (TR1), half the amount of bio-organic fertilizer (TR2), half the amount of bio-organic fertilizer and half the amount of fertilizer (TR3), the full amount of fertilizer (TR4). It was determined that conductivity of soil、cation exchange capacity、 exchangeable sodium percentage of soil、catalase activity of soil、urease activity of soil、 invertase activity of soil to show the effect of bio-organic fertilizer on the physical、chemical and biological properties of saline soil of different reclaimed years. Studying the content and compositions of humus, including the fluorescence spectroscopy of HA、FA showed that the effect of bio-organic fertilizer on the humus, and in total the improvement on saline soil. The results show that:1. Effects of bio-organic fertilizer on the physical and chemical properties of saline soil(1) Saline soil improved by1year, compared with CK treatment, the conductivity of TR4increased slightly and then TR1、TR2、TR3all decreased. The decrease amplitude of TR3was18%, decreased most significantly. Saline soil improved by years, compared with CK, the four treatments all was decreased. TR4deceased slightly,and there was a most decrease amplitude at TR1. The sequences was TR1<TR2、TR3<TR4.(2)Saline soil of different reclaimed yeas, compared with CK treatment, the cation exchange capacity of all the treatments increased. Saline soil improved by1year, TR1was the most higher, and the TR4was the lowest. Saline soil improved by years, the increase amplitude of four treatments was successively61.2%、42.14%、38.6%、4.8%.(3) Saline soil improved by1year, compared with CK treatment, exchangeable sodium percentage of soil was slightly increased1.7%. The decrease amplitude of TR1、TR2、TR3was25.7%、22.8%、21.4%successively. Saline soil improved by years, compared with CK treatment, the decrease amplitude of TR1was53.3%, decreased most significantly. Then the decrease amplitude of TR3was51.7%. And the decrease amplitude of TR4was8.6%. 2. Effects of bio-organic fertilizer on biological properties of saline soil(1)Compared with CK treatment, all the treatments of different reclaimed years, the catalase activity was increased. The increased amplitude of TR1and TR3was higher of different reclaimed years, and then was TR2. The increased amplitude of TR4was lowest. Saline soil improved by1year, the catalase activity of four treatments was significantly compared with CK. Saline soil improved by years, the increased amplitude of TR1was8.85%, increased most significantly. Then the increased amplitude of TR3was5.63%. The increased amplitude of TR2、TR4were1.79%、1.43%.(2) Different reclaimed years of saline soil, the urease activity of TR1、TR2、TR3were significantly increased. Saline soil improved by1year, the increase amplitude of TR1was26.75%, increased most significantly. The TR4was lowest,7.07%. Saline soil improved by years, the increase amplitude of TR1was16.57%, increased most significantly, the TR2was7.95%, and the TR3was12.26%. The urease activity of TR4was almost no improvement.(3) With the developing of years, the invertase activity of all treatments was increased to some extent. Different reclaimed years, TR1and TR3had the better improvement, and then was TR2. The effect of TR4was less obvious. Saline soil improved by1year, compared with CK, the increase amplitude of TR1was73.68%, and then TR3was63.84%. The effect of TR2、TR4was less obvious. Saline soil improved by years, the invertase activity of TR1was highest, and the lowest was TR4.3. Effects of bio-organic fertilizer on soil humus(1) Under the same treatments after years of reclaimed,the total amount of carbon humus、 FA、HA was more higher than saline soil improved by1year. After1year reclaimed soil, the effect of TR1was best. After years of reclaimed, the TR3was best. It shows that the bio-organic fertilizer was better for1years reclaimed and the TR3was better for long-term reclaimed.After1year reclaimed soil, the HA/FA ratio increased slightly under TR3, indicating after1year reclaimed of saline soil, all treatments had no effect to accelerate the process of humification. After years of reclaimed soil, compared with CK, the HA/FA ratio under TR4had a slight decrease. Full chemical fertilizer for improving the structure of humus had no significant effect. Under bio-organic fertilizer and organic manure and chemical fertilizer treatment, HA/FA ratio were significantly increased, and the best effect was TR3.(2) By determined the E465, E4/E6, AlgK, saline soil reclaimed by1-year, the effect under TR1on the optical properties was better than other treatments, and then was TR3. After years of reclaimed, the effect of TR3was better, and then was TR1. That indicated that TR1, TR2were better for saline soil reclaimed by1-year, and TR3was better for reclaimed years.(3)The fluorescence spectra of humus and its components (conventional spectroscopy, three-dimensional spectra)、fluorescence parameters comparison showed that the structure of humic acid, fulvic acid tended to be complex. The excitation and emission spectra and three-dimensional of humic acid and fulvic acid showed that compared with CK under different reclaimed years, TR1,TR3was with larger redshifts amplitude of the fluorescence peak position, and TR4was less. It indicated that bio-organic fertilizer and organic manure and chemical fertilizer can promote process of soil humus, but fertilizer had less effect.
