The study was to explore the XFM and the antagonist for XFM to the central nervous system of rats cortex, cerebellum, brainstem, thalamus, hippocampus five brain area ERK1/2, p-ERK1/2after p-CREB protein expression, in order to explore the miniature pig compound anesthesia (XFM) and anesthesia and snooze the antagonist for XFM mechanism, analysis of the drugs in regulatory mechanism of intracellular protein expression levels and XFM.With the XFM the antagonist for XFM in the role of the central nervous system, to better guide clinical drug application and development of new theoretical basis for safe and effective anesthesia compound preparations.78healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups, each group of male and female unlimited, respectively is:XFM group (M), the antagonist for XFM group (group J) and XFM and the antagonist for XFM group(F group); group M is divided into five subgroups:Blank control group (C group, n=6),anesthesia induction stage (M1group,n=6);1h disappear stage of righting reflex group (M2group,n=6);recovery stage of righting reflex (M3group,n=6).1h after righting reflex disappear (M4group, n=6).; Group F is divided into three subgroups, respectively:the blank control group (group C, n=6), the antagonist for XFM group (JC、J1and J2group, n=18); Lets XFM anesthesia group (group F1,F2,F3,F4, n=24).The experimental results showed that:XFM anesthesia in the cerebellum, hypothalamus and hippocampus in the process of p-ERK1protein expression increases with anesthesia deepens, waking up in the process of the cerebellum and p-ERK1protein expression in hippocampus decreased; P-ERK2protein expression in the cerebellum, hypothalamus, its expression in the brain stem decreased; ERK1and ERK2protein expression in the process of XFM anesthesia quantity no change; Tip the above brain regions may be XFM anesthesia works mainly in the central nervous system, the effect is a result of changes in the level of ERK protein phosphorylation and cause; Snooze function XFM the antagonist for XFM, are also associated with changes in the level of ERK protein phosphorylation, but the snooze function cannot fully antagonism XFM anesthetic effect.
