Soil is the land surface system’s major carbon pool when it participates in the global carbon cycle and global change. Soil organic carbon issues have an important strategic significance in global change research. Farmland ecosystems as an important part of terrestrial ecosystems play a key role in it. Farmland soil organic carbon content and composition affects the physical and chemical properties of the soil, and restricts the activity of soil microorganisms,which is an important factor to maintain and improve soil fertility.And it also is most important material foundation which affects the sustainable use of soil.In this paper, we set up the Yanzhou long-term positioning experiment as the research object,and setting soil carbon sequestration information as the End-point.Used the DNDC model estimated the soil carbon sequestration information.When that work is done, visualization will be on our agenda which used the NewMap to secondary development.The concrete research contents are as follows:On the basis of the previous studies on the impact of factors on farmland soil organic carbon, I studied and analyzed the affected factors to soil carbon sinks, including climate,soil,plant and management.Analysis and comparison the commonly used carbon sequestration model like CENTURY model, RothC model, DNDC model and Soil-C model,after then we select the appropriate model, named DNDC.based on the Yanzhou farmland soil carbon sequestration we run the DNDC model, then verify the simulation results with the measured soil organic carbon.The results show that the simulated data and the measured data of the higher fitting degree.Using Microsoft Visual Studio2013as the development tool, taking NewMap as the development platform, combined the information of soil organic carbon in Yanzhou city to completed the farmland soil carbon sequestration analysis and estimation system development.That system realizes several functions, including map basic operation, related attribute query and modular analysis,etc.
