Feed source of protein and protein levels to bees had important effect on the normal growth and production performance. Bees as the research object, this test choose four kinds of protein source preparation of alternative pollen of different protein level, a large group of feeding trials, comparing the reproductive effects and the influence of the quality of royal jelly of different protein sources, so as to screen out suitable feed protein source, and a preliminary proven Italian bee of protein needed in production stage for when the bees feed protein source selection and the determination of protein nutrient levels to provide the reference.Protein source in the spring of numerous stages, and the effects of reproductive effects for bees. Swarm group of selected potential and queen state basic consistent Italian bee60group, were randomly divided into12groups (each group of5repeated, each repeated1group of bees), were fed with corn protein powder, expanded soybean meal and fermented soybean meal as feed protein source, each protein source feed protein levels were20%,25%,30%,35%of the substitution of pollen. Determination of bees feed intake, worker bees birth weight, the bee body protein content. Results show that:(1) the different feed protein source spring of significant impact on the Italian bee numerous phase feed intake (P<0.05),25%of the fermented soybean meal group and30%of feed intake is significantly higher than other groups (P<0.05) and (2) feed protein levels significantly affected worker bees birth weight, as a source of protein feed, protein levels by30%and35%in the group of the worker bees birth weight is significantly higher than20%and25%in group (P<0.05).(3) feed protein levels significantly influence the larva, pupa and adult bees body protein content, and three kinds of protein feed source of protein levels20%group of bees body protein content was significantly lower than25%,30%and35%group (P<0.05).The influence of feed protein source to the quality of royal jelly. Select group of potential and queen state basic consistent Italy bee80group, randomly divided into16groups, each group of5group of bees, on the basis of spring, increasing by beer yeast feed protein source, protein levels were20%,25%,30%,35%of the fodder of feeding experiment was carried out. Determination of the swarm of potential, feed intake and the quality of royal jelly. The results showed that:(1) different feed protein source significantly influence colony feed intake (P<0.05), show the beer yeast25%and30%in group feed intake was significantly higher than other patients.(2) the different levels of protein feed has significant influence on the quality of royal jelly (P<0.05), and when the protein levels, royal jelly protein content and higher content of10-HDA. Corn protein powder group of royal jelly acid is significantly higher than the rest of the group (P<0.05).This study shows that the feed protein levels of bees have significant impact on the reproductive effects and the quality of royal jelly. Different protein sources to Italian bees feed intake and the swarm of potential effect significantly, and characterized by beer yeast and fermented soybean meal as protein source of fermentation fodder feed intake of the group is significantly higher than the other groups. Italian bees in the spring and royal jelly production phase to the needs of the different source of protein and protein concentration is different, spring stage, protein level of no less than25%of ordinary feed protein source can meet the requirements; Production award stage, protein levels higher than25%of the high quality protein source can significantly improve the quality of the royal jelly.
