| Combining with the current research status of reliability prediction at home andabroad, detailed analyze the forecast method of agriculture machinery system anddeveloped a computer aided software for reliability prediction of corn harvester.Finally, using the research results carry out the reliability prediction for severalkey subsystem of a certain type of corn harvester.Firstly, introduce the classical method of reliability prediction, including seriesparallel system model, bridge system model, voting system model and non storesystem model, and summarize the characteristics and the scope of application of thesemodels. Next introduce the estimation of reliability prediction, including similar equipmentmethod, expert evaluation method, upper and lower limit method and BP neural networkmethod. These methods provide a basis for software development.Secondly, combining the operational characteristics of above methods, choose allclassical methods and the estimation which including expert evaluation method and upperand lower limit method, and applied to software development. Using VC++softwaredeveloped the MRP software for the corn harvest machine reliability prediction. BecauseBP neural network method is a method with adaptive learning characteristics, it is difficultto programming with VC++and finally selected the MATLAB to program.Finally, based on analysis of the corn harvest machine function structure, analyze thereliability of a cutting table, hydraulic, transmission system. Exploit the BP neuralnetwork for the cutting table of the reliability prediction. And reliability prediction ismade on the hydraulic and transmission system by using the auxiliary software.Research results show that, the prediction accuracy of MRP software can meet therequirements, and has the characteristics of friendly interface, simple operation, quickcalculation etc. Provide the reference basis for the corn harvest machine reliabilityprediction. |
