We developed the cotton stalk harvester with regardless of row in order tosolve the problem such as the high pulled break rate and high energyconsumption when the current cotton stalk harvester works. The problem that thework needed to on line to row was solved by the e V tooth plate witch the harvest.The operation reliability of the equipment were improved when the problems thatcotton stalks were missed pulling and break off were to solved by thecombination of cotton pulling roller and the cleaning roller. Stability and fluencyof feeding were improved by the mandatory conveyor roller. Finally,cottonBaling harvester was made and on this basis, the main content of the followingare studied:First, we established the mechanical model of pulling cotton by the v-shapedtooth plate and infered the theoretical work features and the factors thatinfluence effect of pulling cotton. Then a simple device was made to verify thefeasibility of the plan in the field. According to the institutions and productionneeds of the machine, the cotton harvest units was optimized.Finally, lots ofexperiment were did to research on the performance of equipment at theShandong Binzhou experiment demonstration base of cotton production and wedraw the conclusion that the appropriate speed of the pulling cotton roller is300~600r/min and the appropriate distance between the ground and the pullingcotton roller is-10~20mm. the efficiency of Cotton harvesting can reache11.8acres/h, Cotton net rate of pull reache97%,it shows that the equipment not onlycan work regardless of row but also have the advantage of high Co tton net rateand high work efficiency. This is for the theory of design and application providethe theoretical direction.
