Michelia macclurei is a precious native tree species of the Subtropical and Tropical, due to the rapid growth, volume growth, the tree good for fireproofing and the other characteristics is widely used, with the growth in demand for Michelia macclurei and forestry products, increased levels of business and the market’s rapid economic development, Forest fertilization has become a modern forestry efficient options intensive management, But the ratio of input and output is the concerns of people.Therefore, the study of the growth of seedlings of firepower Nan various stages in seedlings and soil nutrient analysis, most appropriate N,P and K dressing and growth regulators trials of different formulations screened firepower seedlings growth of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassiumfertilizer ratio and different concentration of growth regulators to provide technical guidance for Michelia macclurei strong sprout development work. At the same time, the use of plant growth regulators to adjustment in accordance with the wishes of the people to control plant growth, development, flowering, the result is one of the five new agricultural technology in the future. Plant growth regulators, and its production is one of the significant progress of Modern Plant Physiology and Agricultural Sciences.The test chooses the Michelia macclurei seedlings what was growing by this year as the experimental material, by Orthogonal experimental design method L9(34), Researching the Variation of the Growth indicators (height, diameter) and physiological (membrane permeability, malondialdehyde (MDA), chlorophyll and soluble protein content) of the Michelia macclurei seedlings leaf in different growth stages by the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer treatments. And study of three plant growth regulator gibberellin (GA3), naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA), different concentrations of paclobutrazol (PP333) processing of Michelia macclureiseedling height, ground diameter, physiological indicators.The results showed that:at different nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium fertilizer treatment, P plays a major role on the height, diameter, N, K, followed by; Under the N3P1K2fertilizers are not good to the diameter of the height and growth,but under the growth in N2P2K3fertilizer is best; It is a decreasing trend in cell membrane permeability from N1â†'N3,and K1â†'K3tended to increase,N as the main factors, K second, P minimum;the factor the Content of malondialdehyde (MDA) from main to the second is Nâ†'Pâ†'K, the more N, P, K, and the less the MDA;the factor for the Content of the Chlorophyll from main to the second is Nâ†'Pâ†'K; the more N, P, K, the less chlorophyll content,That is the most chlorophyll in the N3P3K1,32.26%of chlorophyll content higher than the Treatment of CK;Soluble protein content of the main factors to the times for Nâ†'Kâ†'P,performance of K is rule, and P was not obvious.Different growth regulators and different concentrations of the test data analysis showed: gibberellin role in promoting the growth of Michelia macclurei, with the increasing concentration of the first increases and then decreases, reaches its maximum when the concentration of240mg Lvalues; naphthylacetate low concentration of firepower Nan growth promoting effect, beginning inhibitory concentration of240mg/L; the MET a disincentive to the growth of Michelia macclurei, a similar level of inhibition of various concentrations. Lower than that of the control by the the gibberellin treatment Michelia macclurei seedlings of chlorophyll, soluble sugar, soluble protein content higher than that of the control, only the peroxidase activity; NAA, the paclobutrazol treatment Michelia macclurei seedlings soluble protein peroxidation enzyme activities in higher chlorophyll, soluble sugar content higher than that of the control, high concentrations of low concentrations of lower than that of the control. The comparative analysis of physiological indicators, to determine the three growth regulators, the agent the Michelia macclurei growth in different concentrations, for practice seedlings strong seedlings, dwarfing the application, in order to achieve a better landscape plants.
