The test using one-year Apocynum seedlings,whose seeds were taken from Baotou、 Bameng、Tongliao in Inner Mongolia. Subjected to different degrees of water stress through the studies on the characteristics of physiological and biochemistry of Apocynum in three areas in Inner Mongolia.The main results showed:1、Under drought stress,the relative water contant of Apocynum in three areas all decreased.Apocynum in tongliao kept high leaf water content.The rate of Tongliao was lower than Baotou.2/Under drought stress,the SOD、POD increased first and then decreased.Tongliao area matained the highest SOD.Baotou area had the highest POD content.The relative electric conductivity and MDA content of Apocynum leaf increased as well.The results showed Baotou had higher degree than others.3、Under drought stress,the Pro and relative sugar content increased first and then decreased.In addition Tongliao had high degree than others.4、Under drought stress, chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b chlorophyll a+b and carotinoid content of Apocynum venetum all decreased.Baotou area had highest chlorophyll bchlorophyll a+b and carotinoid content.Tongliao area had the highest chlorophyll a.5、Under drought stress,the Pn、Gs、Tr、Ci were all decreased.The apocynum in Bameng area had the highest Pn.The other rates in Tongliao area are higher than Baotou and Bameng.6、Under drought stress chlorophyll fluorescence parameters variated differently. Fm、 Fv\Fm、 Fv\Fo、qP、 ETR decreased under water stress.Fo showed an increase trend.Bameng area has the highest Photochemical.and Tongliao area was lower than it.7、Evaluated with subordinate function method.The results are as following:Bameng> Tongliao> Baotou...
