This experiment was conducted to the prefabricate traumatic processing method and natural decay for cherry tomatoes, extraction and purification TGA from potato skins was selected for the test material, the decay rate and quality indicators was selected as determination standard. Study on cherry tomatoes inhibition effect of optimal concentration of TGA combined with metal salts,SA,lightwave, heat treatment, and on this basis to test the quality of the cherry tomatoes provide theoretical source for further study of the antimicrobial substances of plant diseases prevention and control postharvest basis. The main results are as follows:(1)The prefabricate traumatic processing method for cherry tomatoes, lowest decay rate caused by Botrytis cinerea on cherry tomatoes when concentration of potato TGA is300μmol/1.Botrytis cinerea on cherry tomatoes could be significant inhibited by NaCl(0.25%、0.5%、1%、2%、KCl(0.25%、1%、2%、3%)、CaCl2(0.5%、1%、2%、3%)、MgSO4(0.25%、2%、3%).The significant inhibition effect the decay rate of Botrytis cinerea on cherry tomatoes was potato TGA combined with above-mentioned metal salts which is more inhibition effect than single use of300μmol/1TGA; the significant inhibition effect the decay rate of Botrytis cinerea on cherry tomatoes was metal salts(0.25%NaCl、1%KCl、0.25%CaCl2、0.25%MgSO4) combined with potato TGA; the significant inhibition effect the decay rate of Botrytis cinerea on cherry tomatoes was300μmol/1TGA combined with0.5g/L SA which is more inhibition effect than single use of TGA, the decay rate was the lowest;(2) the significant inhibition effect the decay rate of Botrytis cinerea on cherry tomatoes was300μmol/1TGA combined with60s lightwave which is more inhibition effect than single use of glycoalkaloids, the decay rate was the lowest;heat treatment (37%hot air) decay rate of the control group differences caused by Botrytis cinerea significantly cherry tomatoes, the significant inhibition effect the decay rate of Botrytis cinerea on cherry tomatoes was300μmol/1glycoalkaloids combined with heat treatment (37℃hot air) which is more inhibition effect than single use of TGA, the significant inhibition effect the decay rate of Botrytis cinerea on cherry tomatoes.was which is join the bacterial suspension and TGA, then37℃heat treatment, which is more inhibition effect than single use of TGA, the decay rate was the lowest. (2)Using TGA, TGA and salt, TGA and SA, TGA and lightwave, TGA combined heat treatment of whole fruit with cherry tomatoes, measuring the decay rate, respiratory intensity, rigidity, solids, acid, Vc, Potato TGA or in combination with other prevention methods will not adversely affect the storage quality of tomato.In the storage temperature of12±1℃, determine the appropriate concentration of cherry tomatoes rotting potatoes TGA was300μmol/l.Artificial trauma select metal salts(0.25%NaCl,3%KCl,3%CaCl2,3%MgS04) combined with300μmol/l TGA whole fruit of cherry tomatoes, the significant inhibition effect the decay rate of cherry tomatoes was TGA combined with0.5%CaCl2which is more inhibition effect than single use of300μmol/l TGA; the significant inhibition effect the decay rate of cherry tomatoes was300μmol/l TGA combined with0.5g/L SA,60s lightwave,hot water (55℃)which is more inhibition effect than single use of300μmol/l TGA.
