In this paper,based on how the plantation on degraded land of ecological const ruction began in2000(barren hills,sandy land,woodland) in Duolun County and Lar ix principis rupprechtii Mayr on barren hills in Keshenketeng,analysis and comparis on of existing plantations configuration mode and tending strength,screened reasonab le and appropriate configuration mode and tending strength.The main conclusions ar e as follows:(1) In barren mountain abandoned lands,the best ability of carbon sequestration and sink enhancement is Caragana Korshinskii Kom;in. sand,the best ability of car bon sequestration and sink enhancement is Salix gordejevii Chang et Skv.(2) Compare different configuration modeson barren mountain,the best mode of carbon sequestration and sink enhancement technologies is second,better than Cara gana Korshinskii Kom;on abandoned lands,the best mode is first,better than Caragan a Korshinskii Kom;on sand, each configuration mode, the best mode is first,better t han Salix gordejevii Chang et Skv.(3) Compare carbon storage of different tending strength of Larix principis rup prechtii Mayr,the highest intensity is70%, the total carbon storage is226.79t/hm2; t he worst is no tending, the total carbon storage is only174.22t/hm2.(4) According to appropriate management measures for each species,Pinus sylvestris L. var. mongholica Litv, Populus L which can increase carbon sequestration sinks in abandoned land; Larix principis rupprechtii Mayr which can increase carbon sequestration sinks in barren mountain.
