Hair follicle is a special organ, and it is made of hair papilla, matrix, outer root sheath, inner root sheath, hair shaft and connective tissue sheath. In the mice, the hair follicle can be divided into primary hair follicle and secondary hair follicle, and both of these two types have to undergo anagen, catagen, and telogen, which are the three alternative changing periods of hair follicle growth.Cashmere goat is a type of wooler producing cashmere as goods. Its hair follicle can be divided into primary hair follicle that grows shag hair and secondary hair follicle that grows cashmere. ALPAS is a specific type of cashmere goat producing better cashmere; it mainly distributes in Inner Mongolia and lives in China only. The purpose of this article is researching the factor that control the hair follicle growth and the reality significance is making more cashmere, then by utilizing tissue slice and HE stain, the form of skin tissue in different times and parts has been observed; by utilizing immunohistochemical detection, the research has been conducted on the factors that control hair follicle growth cycle, and ascertained the location of hair stem cell and its migratory track. The following are the conclusions drawn from the research:1. The cashmere goat hair follicle of ALPAS is a complex hair follicle that consists of a primary hair follicle and a group of secondary hair follicle beside it, and it has cyclic pattern. In January, most of the primary hair follicle and all of the secondary hair follicle in belly and back are in telogen and catagen; in March, all of the primary hair follicle and secondary hair follicle are in telogen; in May, primary hair follicle begins to enter into anagen, meanwhile secondary hair follicle in back begins to reconstruct; in July, primary hair follicle has already entered into anagen, the secondary hair follicle in belly has also begun to reconstruct, but it does not enter into anagen; in September, both primary hair follicle and secondary hair follicle in back and belly are in anagen; in November, both primary hair follicle and secondary hair follicle in back and belly begin to enter into catagen. The cyclic pattern in primary hair follicle is less orderly than secondary hair follicle, and the back has higher hair follicle intensity than the belly.2. Immunohistochemical detection is used to locate the situation of hair follicle stem cell niche and its migratory track. Trp2can locate the situation of MSC, so it can locate the situation of hair follicle stem cell niche. K15and PCNA follow the migratory track of hair follicle stem cell, finding that hair follicle stem cell moves deeper from its niche to hair bulb, so it can start the hair follicle, enter into anagen and promote hair follicle to grow.3. P-catenin is an activator of hair follicle growth. In September, β-catenin has its highest expression strength, in January and March it has its lowest expression strength, and its strongest signal appears in matrix. The signal strength in back and belly primary hair follicle begins to grow strong since May. In July, the back primary hair follicle becomes stronger, but the belly is the same as in May. At the same time, the signal strength of secondary hair follicle in back has become strong, but the signal strength in belly has no obvious change. In September, both primary hair follicle and secondary hair follicle in back and belly have strongest signal strength. In November, the signal strength level decreases in both primary hair follicle and secondary hair follicle.4. BMP2and BMP4are inhibitors of hair follicle growth. In back skin issue, BMP2signal has the highest expression strength in January; in May the signal strength is the lowest; during July to November, the level of BMP2expression strength is increasing gradually. In belly skin tissue, July is the highest; in September and November, the level of expression strength does not change obviously. The expression strength in belly is stronger than it in back. The differences between various periods of expression strength of BMP4is not obvious, therefore it can indicate that BMP2plays a more important role in controlling the growing cycle of cashmere goat hair follicle.
