As the major grain and oil crops in China, the demand of soybeans in recent years is rising. Therefore to improve the yield and quality of soybean is very important. Nitrogen as needed for normal growth and development of soybean essential elements, constitute an important component of many organic compounds, such as proteins, chlorophyll, nucleic acids, and various biological enzymes, and in many ways affect many metabolic processes, including soybean nitrogenase, soybean growth and the formation of a development process and the quality of production Therefore, the effect of nitrogen level on the soybean root nodule numbers and the quality and production has important theoretical and practical significance, providing a theoretical basis for reasonable soybean nitrogen fertilizer. This test conducted in XiangFang experimental practice base in Northeast Agricultural University in2013, Chosing Heinong40, Nenfeng18, Jiyu47three varieties of test material, using sand culture boxes planted with a combination of cultivation methods studied. Among them, the sand culture experiment, set No, N25, N50, N75, N100five nitrogen levels, by dividing the root method, studied the effect of different nitrogen level on the soybean root nodule number, nodule weight and root dry weight; boxes planted test set No, N5, N10, N15four nitrogen levels, studied the effect of different nitrogen level on the soybean plant dry matter accumulation, nitrogen accumulation, nitrogen content, and yield and quality, and in R4, R5match sand culture, studied the effect of different nitrogen level on the soybean root nodule number, nodule weight. This experimental study showed that:With increasing nitrogen levels, nitrogen partial processing of soybean nodulation numbers showed the trends of first increasing and then decreasing, when the N50level nodulation number reached a maximum level, while the number of full-root treatment for nitrogen and planting boxes nodulation nunber with the nitrogen levels increasing have been falling. Nitrogen local soybean processing plant processing and frame the total weight of nodules were significantly decreased with increased nitrogen levels, including local roots for nitrogen processing section for nitrogen, nodule weight also increases nitrogen levels and decreased high concentrations of nitrogen suppression obviously, but not for nitrogen partial root nodule weight is increased with the nitrogen levels did not change significantly. The whole growth period, the nitrogen content of soybean vegetative organs overall downward trend. Nitrogen fertilizer can significantly increase the nitrogen content of various organs of soybean plants in the early growth stage of soybean, With the nitrogen levels increased, soybean vegetative organs nitrogen content increased significantly; pod nitrogen content has been an upward trend. Nitrogen significantly increased nitrogen content of soybean pods, but with the increasing amount of nitrogen, the nitrogen content increases obvious. With the promotion of soybean growth stages of soybean nitrogen accumulation and distribution center changes, can be seen clearly from the test:In the early soybean growth and development, is a major distribution center leaf nitrogen accumulation, and with soybeans nitrogen accumulation in vegetative organs growth and development, petioles, stems, roots, etc. gradually transferred to the ministry of pods that vegetative growth to reproductive growth and metastasis significantly; in pod-filling period was significantly more rapid rate of nitrogen accumulation, and at harvest time, Nitrogen accumulation pod reaches a maximum. On the impact of nitrogen levels on soybean production, the application of nitrogen fertilizer can significantly increase the amount of dry matter accumulation and soybean yields, and with the increase of nitrogen showed a growing trend. When N15maximum level. Harvest yield size rule is: N15(85.80±2.25mg/kg)> N5(17.56±0.67mg/kg)> N10(36.68±1.62mg/kg)> No (4.14±0.25mg/kg), various nitrogen fertilizer treatment was significantly higher than no N treatment, high nitrogen N15and N5, N10handle significant difference.
