Dwarf plant has the characteristics of lodging,close planting,cultivation and management convenient. It is a good material for researchingon plant height control,plant hormone biosynthesis,signal transduction and plantshoot growth and development.Plants dwarf many advantages have become the plant breeders to realize the goals of high yield in production.In this study, through the use of different concentrations of IAA (1,10,100mg/L),BR (0.5,5,50mg/L),GA3(4,40,100,200mg/L) treatment of soybean wild type (Dongnong42) and dwarf mutant (DongZe11),discussion of hormone treatments on physiological and biochemical characteristics influences and studies of proteomics of dwarf mutant soybean,in order to provide a theoretical basis on dwarfing mechanism of dwarf mutants.The results show that:1) Different concentrations of IAA treatment, inhibitedtwo material height growth; different concentrations of BR treatment, inhibited dwarf mutant height growth,and no significant influence to plant height of wild-type; different concentrations of GA3treatment could promote plant height growth of the dwarf mutant and wild-type, effect of the concentration of100mg/L GA3was the most significant. Different developmental stages, dwarf mutant endogenous GA3were lower than the wild-type and endogenous IAA levels were higher than the wild type in shoot tips, young stems and leaves.Different photoperiodic conditions, dwarf mutant plant height was lower than the wild type; two materials plant height were higher under short-day than long-day,it was not make dwarf mutant restored wild-type under photoperiodic alone. Under different photoperiodic conditions, dwarfmutant stem tip endogenous GA3, IAA contents were lower than the wild type, two materials stem tip endogenous IAA content was lower under long-day than short-day.endogenous GA3and IAA contents were not change the law in the young stems and leaves.2) Different changes of photosynthetic gas exchange parameters of the dwarf mutant and wild type at different growth stages, the overall GA3treatment can promote the photosynthesis of two materials. The chlorophyll content, soluble protein, soluble sugar content, sugar content and starch content of dwarf mutant were lower than the wild type. After IAA treatment, two materials chlorophyll, soluble protein, soluble sugar content were increased, sucrose and starch content were decreased; BR treatment two materials chlorophyll, soluble proteins, sucrose, starch contentwere increased, the soluble sugar content were decreased; two materials chlorophyll and soluble protein content were increased, soluble sugars, sucrose, starch content were increased or decreasedin different degrees GA3treatment.The dwarf mutant of CK group and GA3treatment group of IAA oxidase (IOD) activity were less than that of the wild type, peroxidase (POD) activity were more than that ofthe wild type.3) Two dimensional electrophoresis analysis of some proteins involved in photosynthesis and other protein. There were ferredoxin--NADP reductase, oxygen-evolving enhancer protein, ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate, carboxylase/oxygenase,glyceraldehyde-3-phosphatedehydrogenase, sedoheptulose-1,7-bisphosphatase, fructose-bisphosphatealdolase,a-bbindingprotein, lipoxygenase,14-3-3-like protein, flavanone3-hydroxylase.These proteins were up-regulated-expression and controled thesynthesis of chlorophyll, the accumulation and transportation of carbohydrates and the content changes of endogenous hormones.
