The ginger is the perennial grass of ginger zingiberaceae as also named ancient ginger. Ginger is not only traditional flavor vegetables, but also a kind of important economic crops. Due to long-term planting, harmful pathogenic microorganisms steady accumulation and soil disease became serious and cased ginger yield and quality dropped significantly.Depand on14kinds of pathogenic bacteria for target bacteria of Alternaria alternate, Phythium myriotylum, Ralstonia solanacearum. Measured its antibacterial spectrum through tablet confrontation of5strains. GJ3and NS178have antagonism for more than ten kinds of pathogenic bacteria. R2/R1between1.0and3.0, Have wide antimicrobial spectrum, better antagonism ability. GJ130and NS87has good antagonism effect on bacterial wilt fungus and tomato withered leaves fungus. NS111have not antagonism effect with High yield and indole acetic acid.After morphological observation, physiological and biochemical characteristics and16S rDNA sequence analysis. GJ3is Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, GJ130is Streptomyces nashvillensis, NS87is Leclercia adecarboxylate, NS111is Enterobacter ludwigii and NS178is Bacillus subtilis.
