Anthrax Camellia (Camellia anthracnose) is one of the major diseases of the South Camellia oil crops which suffer seriously harm.This disease generally occur in the Camellia-producing areas.Once happened,cause the onset of leaves, bud drop, caused by severe fruit drop, even whole decline. In recent years, there have been many researchers have proposed various kinds of related chemical control measures to this diseases.however highlight the benefits of biological control than the other characteristics, the researchers have developed some biological agent.Y13is a strain of Bacillus isolated from healthy Camellia leaves.This bacteria in the prevention and treatment of Camellia anthracnose have been achieved good results in the laboratory.This thesis which based on Y13for Camellia seedlings and forests to investigate the effects of biological control of Y13antagonistic bacteria.Designed three factors test which to be administered time, concentration and manner orthogonal individual test, get the most suitable method of controlling seedling anthracnose; And then designed application concentration, application time two single factor experiment, evaluat comprehensively of biocontrol effect of endophytic bacteria Y13agaist camellia forest anthracnose and affect of leaves and fruit. The results were as follows:(1)The influence of different factors of prevention and control from antagonistic endophytic bacteria Y13against Camellia oleifera seedling anthracnoseAccording to the law of Camellia oleifera seedling anthracnose, biocontrol、 disease severity and effect on the growth of Camellia was used by Orthogonal univariate general linear model analysis to evaluat comprehensively of biocontrol effect of endophytic bacteria Y13agaist camellia seedling anthracnose and find the best method. That is, in April and August using109cfu/mlY13liquid sprayed on the Camellia seedlings leaves can be achieved simultaneously best biocontrol effect.(2) Biological control efficiency of bacteria Y13against Camellia forest anthraxAccording to the law of Camellia oleifera frost anthracnose, a new multiple range test for multiple comparisons was used from two single factors concentration and times by spray Y13to evaluat comprehensively of biocontrol effect of endophytic bacteria Y13agaist camellia frosts anthracnose.From the different concentration, the indicators of disease severity.. the rate of disease fruit and biocontrol effect were considered.From the three indicators, the high concentration and the other concentrations showed significant differences. When the concentration up to1010cfu/ml, achieve a relatively low severity, the mean was34%; the lowest rate of diseased fruits, down to1.31percent; control effect is relatively the highest which mean of56.21%. From the different times, the indicators of disease severity、the rate of disease fruit and biocontrol effect were considered.From the three indicators, April(average temperature of19℃, relative humidity56%) and June (average temperature of32℃, relative humidity75%)these two bi-monthly administration between single month shows significant differences. Results are consistent:in April and June compared with co-administration of a single month administration of Y13on Camellia forest anthrax reflects better biocontrol effect, making it the lowest severity, down to10.38%;the rate of disease of fruits is the lowest1.35%;the best control effect, up to66.95percent.(3) Impaction on camellia forest leaves and fruit from antagonistic bacteria Y13According to the law of Camellia oleifera frost, a new multiple range test for multiple comparisons was used from two single factors concentration and times by spray Y13to evaluat comprehensively of biocontrol effect of leaves and fruit from endophytic bacteria Y13.From the different concentration, the indicators of leaf area、the total weight of the healthy fruits and The total weight of the fruits were considered.From the three indicators, these three croncentration showed significant differences. When the concentration of1010cfu/ml, the total area of the blade relative to the highest132403mm2, healthy fruit weight of8.3kg, total weight of the fruit of8.47kg, up to the highest average.From the different concentration, the indicators of leaf area、the total weight of the healthy fruits and The total weight of the fruits were considered.From the three indicators, April(average temperature of19℃, relative humidity56%) and June (average temperature of32℃, relative humidity75%)these two bi-monthly administration between single month shows significant differences. Bimonthly administration from Y13bacteria, a total area of leaves up to115932mm2, the total of the healthy fruit weight of7.29kg, the total weight of the fruit of8.61kg. Overall these for the leaves growth and production of fruit has played a certain role, and the rate of healthy fruit rose to5.89percent averagely.
