People adopted pest management strategy to control pesticides, which is themost widely to ensure the agricultural production with the purpose of supplyingsufficient agricultural food. Pesticides play an important role in the improvementof agricultural’s production. However, pesticides are bad for circumstance andpublic health. Pesticide residues problems have appealed to the attention of therelated organization in China, as a result, to consolidate the supervision andadministrate of pesticide residues become one of more important tasks of all levelsof government. The pesticide residues detection instruments emerged so as toimplement the pesticide residues detection work and effectively prevent pesticideresidues poisoning from happening. The pesticide residues detection instrumentbased on amperometric acetylcholinesterase (AChE) biosensor have been widelycertificated in the field of agricultural production detection. Making use ofadvantages of AChE biosensor’s small cost, good precision, high reliability, andthe high precision, we develop a portable apparatus which made up of AChEbiosensor and weak current detection, and provide a economical and quickresponse instrument of pesticide residues detection.To adopt the Au electrodes as working electrode as a biological recognitionelement in this work, on the basis of the principle on enzyme inhibition. Thedesigned instrument get effective digital signal by the analog to digital conversioncircuit, transmitting to microprocessor system, finally show and predicate thepesticide residual amount and inhibition ratio of the actual sample. The mainlydesign work include the total design of biosensor pesticide residue, preparationmethod of acetylcholinesterase biosensor instrument, hardware circuit design,software design et al, a series of vegetables actual sample experiment. Introducingthe preparation methods of acetylcholinesterase biosensor and the vegetablessample preproccess technology were also studied.In order to develop a portable detection instrument in pesticide residuesdomain, this work has projected the integrated circuit handling system establishedon organophosphate enzyme biosensor. Digital signal comes from AD transformation, processed by mieroprocessor system. To study theorganophosphate enzyme electrode biosensor (making foundation electrode, fixingthe organophosphate enzyme), and making sure of its uniformity, then designingthe working process of the portable instrument. TLC272CP was selected for themicro current detection circuit. The mainly work contain layout work of detectionprocess of the portable instrument, designing of the instrument circuit, and realsample detection et al. STC89C52was chosen to control MAX187transitioncircuit and LCD12864display circuit. In order to measure the quality of pesticideresidues detection instrument, compared with detection results from little swanproduction GDYN-303S rapid pesticide residues detector, Agilent Technologies,6890N type gas chromatograph and the self-made instrument, the practicalsamples such as tomato samples comes from supermarket vegetable basketproduction quality supervision, inspection and test center manages in Zibo. Theresults show that the mentioned instrument is simple, utility, and fast response,lower detection limit. Such kind of organophosphorus pesticide residue detectinginstrument can examine the pesticide density within ten minutes and themeasurement error was below5%.The precision was accord with the nationalstandard, demonstrating that it can be applied to the rapid detection of the foodsafety.
